Het was even gedoe om binnen te komen en moest naar t kantoor heen en weer om het voor elkaar te krijgen …. Maar nu zijn we heel blij met de opslag !

Een professionele chaos
Ongeveer 20 emails en telefoontjes waren nodig om van stap 1 - aanmelding online met een simpele klik, naar resultaat - een opslagbox met toegangscode te komen.
Mijn aanmelding werd geannuleerd en daarna toch weer goedgekeurd, ik moest dubbel betalen en kreeg daarna toch een terugboeking (nog niet ontvangen).
Elke keer dat ik een email kreeg waarbij ik dacht 'het is rond', bleek later dat het toch nog niet definitief was omdat mijn 'identiteit nog moest worden geverifieerd' of 1 van de andere 3 stappen. Een wirwar van informatie voor een proces dat eigenlijk heel simpel kan zijn.
Aan de telefoon heel vriendelijk personeel, maar een te geautomatiseerd proces dat niet soepel loopt.

We hebben online een opslag gehuurd
We hebben online een opslag gehuurd, en krijg je een plaats toegewezen, zelf kiezen zou een mooie optie kunnen zijn. Na de boeking krijg je verschillende mails, waaronder je kan doorlinken naar een plattegrond, deze werkte niet.
Het pand zelf is goed beveiligd, bij alles wat je doet moet je de code invoeren. Bewegwijzering in het pand is goed. In de ruimte staat netjes het tasje klaar met het slot en de instructies.

Clean and modern facility
Clean and modern facility, easy to use carts which make moving things around a breeze. Unfortunately some of the doors at the location do not stay open and end up hitting the carts unless you are acrobatic enough to hold open to elevator doors while pushing your heavy carts up the incline towards the towards elevator. I have not mastered this skill yet, but if anyone is willing to teach me I'm willing to learn.

A very smooth experience! Registration was in a separate location but the storage unit itself was very practical and easy to navigate.

Location was too distant
Location was too distant, I cancelled within the 14 day term. I still have yet to receive back my refunded, despite several call and emails. They don't even bother to confirm. I will rethink my contract in Belgium if this is how a longterm Customer is being treated.
