Alex nam alle tijd om alles uit te leggen. Hij is de eerste keer meegelopen en heeft alles rustig en goed uitgelegd.
Ook heeft hij gewezen op de mogelijkheid van box te wisselen. Ook ben ik na gebeld met de vraag of alles in orde was. Prima.

Goed geregelde opslag
Goed geregelde opslag en duidelijke instructies over het gebruik. Onze ruimte heeft alleen een onhandige balk in het midden van het plafond en achterwand, waardoor we de spullen minder prettig kwijt konden. Verder prima.

M2 komen niet overeen met huurcontract!!
Goed geholpen door aanwezige medewerker Helaas moeten constateren dat de M2 die verhuurt worden NIET overeenkomen met de werkelijkheid. Ruimte van 6m2 is in werkelijkheid 5m2 scheelt ca 20verhuisdozen opslag! Met de medewerker uiteindelijk een goede alternatieve ruimte gevonden. Dus let op met het verhuren en huren van de m2.

Beste Harold, bedankt dat u de tijd nam om ons uw feedback te geven. We vinden het jammer dat onze medewerkers u niet de juiste opslaggrootte hebben aanbevolen. Ze geven professioneel advies en bepalen dagelijks de juiste opslagruimte voor onze klanten. Het spijt ons dat dit bij u niet het geval was. Bij Shurgard kunt u uw spullen op elk moment gratis naar een andere opslagruimte verhuizen. Dit kan op elk moment ook wanneer u uw box al in gebruik heeft. We hopen dat dit inmiddels is opgelost.

Very bad experience with Shuurgard!
Overpriced and try catch with low prices and after a month double it for nothing. Found some better options for 1/3 less than this scammer company. I can give everyone that advice not join in this bullsh*t here. Amsterdam is expensive but this storage for 1m2 space 82€ it’s a joke! Never again and happy to leave this country.
I can give everyone the advice ti check the internet and not booking here. It’s a mess, a scammer company and read the reviews some of them are fake reviews. Maybe bought in Internet Lmao! Sad how business is not usual as it should.
