Onthaal was ok, maar een begeleiding naar de locker in kwestie had gemogen, net zoals een beetje meer algemene informatie, over bv de sleutel en het slot; of ook familieleden toegang kunnen krijgen door het koppelen van een 2de telefoonnummer.

Ik kreeg zeer heldere uitleg. De medewerker was zeer vriendelijk een hielp me stap voor stap op weg met de installatie van de app.
Achteraf kreeg ik een telefoontje met de vraag of alles gelukt was. Top!
