Absolutely delighted with this company! Our installers Daz and Josh, were very professional, polite, friendly and tidy! They fitted 3 windows, front door and garage door to the front of our bungalow, massive improvement! The quality of the windows and doors are top class! Would highly recommend this company to anyone!

In December 2023 we had our conservatory roof and an upstairs window replaced, and are extremely happy with the quality of work. The work started two days later than scheduled due to poor weather on a previous job but we were kept informed throughout. The fitters, Dan and Tony, worked extremely hard to complete within our time constraints. They were very polite and pleasant chaps and went over and above what was expected, as well as ensuring their work area was kept tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending Shropshire Home Improvements Ltd.

Excellent information and service. The father and son who installed the conservatory roof insulation and ceiling were polite, thorough and efficient throughout, producing a high quality finish and explaining what they were doing. They left after cleaning up any debris. I felt a change in temperature almost immediately, and now have a usable room instead of a conservatory used to store stuff I should have dealt with ages ago.

Totally recommend Shropshire Home Improvements for new windows. I had Daz, Josh and Matthew to do my windows and they were great. Very speedy and professional and done to a high standard. They even hoovered up after and left the house tidy. I only had the front done but definitely be having the back done soon. Thanks guys.

After being ripped off by a contractor and left with a condemned building, Ben at Shropshire Home Improvements, together with his exceptional team of professional tradesmen was able to step in with a creative and solution focussed design that met our every need for a Garden Building with attached Garden Toilet and porch / verandah. I now have a substantial and striking looking building which exactly fulfils the brief. I look out of the window and honestly can't believe it's mine! - we are really delighted with the new extension to our cottage which both enhances and blends perfectly with the existing building. The company were able to source retro looking Shropshire bricks and build shallow steps down from the double doors overlooking the garden, including a high cladded ceiling with door height shelves, two substantial windows with deep sills, and an interesting porch with internal guttering leading to the old garden toilet. Ben's team were here every day for several weeks and any gaps were fully explained and always due to weather. When this happened, weekends were worked to catch the build up. Everyone who works for this company is professional, unfailingly courteous and pleasant to have around. The site was kept tidy and I felt listened to and cared for during the experience - obviously building work can be hard going sometimes, but Ben's team did everything they could to make it as trouble-free and easy for me. I would heartily recommend this company to anyone considering an extension or new windows, doors, porch or cosy roof.

Very disappointed with customer care post service. We had an issue with the work done (see Rob pinsent post) and after initially receiving no contact after my husband left a review contact was made. However- they promised to come this week to sort out the problem which has already caused our cellar to flood once. They’ve not been to remedy the issue.

Such a shame. No apology for the initial defect and no desire to remedy.

edit … as you’ll see from your emails - you emailed rob and stated that someone would be out last week to remedy the work. No one arrived. last night when rob emailed to say ‘enough enough’ you then defensively claimed your employee was unwell so ‘clearly unable to attend’ again this is communication- you had not told us of this.

You also stated, last night, that you had considered compensation- however no offer of compensation has been made to us.

It’s a massive shame that this matter has escalated.

From my perspective- all I wanted was for the work to be done properly and not flood part of the house and necessitate my husband having to do part the work himself - a bit of communication and all this could have been avoided.

Incidentally- no one’s ever said - oh goodness - we are sorry - sorry that there’s been this issue - how disappointing for you. Please do accept our apologies and we will fix it.

Had triple glazing fitted in 2 rooms. The fitters arrived on time and were very friendly and courteous. Work was carried out to a high standard and rooms were left clean and tidy.

Having stressed and researched so many Double Glazing Company’s (even the famous one!) we can honestly say Shropshire Home Improvements have lived up to their name and transformed our home beyond anything we could of imagined. From start to finish we can highly recommend them with confidence.
Our fitters Ian and Ryan were superb throughout, they were true professionals who aimed to please - and YES they did !
The quality of their work was outstanding right down to the clearing up afterwards.

Thanks to everyone from this local company - my advise is look no further.

Designed and installed a small car port over patio French doors. Fitters we're professional, polite and on time. They tidied up as they worked and helpfully explained some basic maintenance tips. Would use this company again.

So by way of a bit of balance … you installed the down pipe on my new guttering by jamming it into the ground next to the drain, causing the guttering to overflow and flood the cellar on the house. I’ve emailed, spoken to you twice and still no sign of you fixing the problem.

Edit: You say in your reply below that you have no record of my name but you then go on to say you have tried to call me three times - if you don’t know who I am how can you know my phone number? There are no missed calls on my phone. I am about to forward my original email to your admin email address. I will also forward you my logs of the calls I have received from your representative and made to them!

Box Sash Windows
We've just had 2 box sash bay windows and 1 other box sash window installed - 9 windows all together. We knew it was going to be a difficult job and it did take a little longer than anticipated. There were a few problems but they were quickly dealt with and we're pleased with the finished result. Daz and Josh did a good job and certainly put the hours in.
