The whole process was easy to arrange from quotation to collection. The collection and shredding process was very efficient and the driver called to when they were nearby which was helpful. I would recommend this service

Great service
Shred Station were able to offer a date at short notice and gave different options for services we could choose. All instructions and information were given clearly and in good time. Service was on time and efficient. Communications were excellent, with collection notice and disposal notice given promptly.
Team was friendly and responded to all emails quickly.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us a review. We are pleased to hear our operatives did a great job. We are often told our prices are the most competitive in the industry so we are sorry to hear that you felt our services were expensive.
If cost is something that prevents you from using our services again, we do offer a postal shredding service which costs just £10 + VAT per envelope if that is something that could be beneficial for you in the future? Each envelope holds approximately 1kg of paper. Alternatively, you are welcome to drop your materials off at our Harlow depot which will also cost just £10 + VAT for up to 10 bags or boxes of documents. Please feel free to reach out in the future if this is something that would work for you. :)

Get rid of all that paperwork securely!
Got too much paperwork, dealing with estates, do what I did and call Shred Station. They gave me a great minimum price, arranged a date and even let me know on the day by phone and email when I was the next customer. Bag it and let them deal with it, it beats bending over a home shredder for hours or the worry of what might happen if you take it to the tip. I couldn’t be happier with their service.

wrote a letter of complaint to CEO zero…
wrote a letter of complaint to CEO zero response. Mr Franklin. He was more upset with the review rather than the poor service his staff gave. Oh well. Still think they are total clowns. Read the reviews with one star that gives a true picture. Go elsewhere bad service is it’s own reward.

Recommend to consider for your needs to safely dispose of confidential document
In business, time is often a limiting factor. I appreciate the response I got from Shred Stations when asked for a quote including all information to enable me to make a decision to compare and choose outsource company for safe confidential document destruction.
Email update at each step of process from scheduling collection date for the first time to live tracking of courier on collection date is great!
Wonderful service from Shred Station's courier on collection date. I would have given 5 star if the courier had been able to collect payment for the service on the day of collection.
