Good service. Disappointing updates from the company.
The service was good and the driver was especially helpful but the information given to me by email on his progress getting to my site was disappointingly out of touch.

Shredding files made easy
From start to finish the service Shred Station gave was excellent. It made what would have been a very hard job shredding and disposing of all my office files, into a pleasant time, which was all carried out in less than an hour. I will certainly recommend the service to anyone who is clearing out an office or needs to dispose of files safely.

Excellent service
Excellent service. The Internal Sales Representative I dealt with throughout the entire booking was extremely efficient and helpful. The on-site shredding Representative was also very efficient and professional. I cannot fault Shred Station, they were recommended to me by a friend, I will definitely use them again.

Quick to get booked in with friendly service
Shred Station were so fast to reply to my enquiry and I was able to get them booked in to take our boxes of shredding away within the same week!
Guys who came out to pick up the boxes were super helpful and friendly with a smile on their faces.
We will definitely use Shred Station again

Expensive and clunky but did the job.
Had to chase up on a cancelled appointment before I got confirmation. Also, no idea of when the van would arrive so had to wait in all day (the online tracker doesn’t work). The guy who collected was very pleasant but I then had to call the accounts team to see pay, who then had to speak to the driver to verify how much paper I had, before making payment. All a bit clunky and not good value for domestic level amounts of paper.

I'm so sorry to hear that you had an underwhelming experience with us. That is not something we like to hear and doesn't meet the high standards we expect of ourselves.
I have requested further information from our operations department to find out why your service was cancelled originally - I can only apologise for that and for our lateness in sending you across a new date.
Our tracking system does seem to be in working order from what I can see, but I have also passed your review to our tech team to investigate if there may have been an outage on the day of your service. If so, I can only apologise, as this also is not ideal, and I understand how frustrating it is not to have a rough time of arrival. If you ever use our services again in the future, this should be working, and you are more than welcome to contact us by phone for a more accurate ETA.
We are also sorry to hear that you didn't feel our services were good value. Looking at your quote, which covered you up to 10 bags of paper, I can see you only had 1 bag. We have a minimum charge for 10 bags to cover the costs of collections, unfortunately. However, to ensure you get the most value from our services, we would recommend waiting until you have a bit more to shred, or even doing a service share with a neighbour. You are also welcome to drop off at our depots, which costs just £10+VAT for up to 10 bags of paperwork, although our nearest depot may be a slight way away from you.
