Would Highly recommend
The Communication from initial enquiry through to receipt of certificates was fantastic.
The gentlemen that collected the boxes were friendly and efficient.
We loved the environmental consideration of the company as well as the ease of them being able to take pretty much everything without having to go through and separate i.e lever arch files, manilla folders with metal fastenings etc - this really saved us heaps of time

Great service at a great price
Small initial problem with mis-hearing my email address so confirmations and documentation went astray, but the self delivery to the depot and the service received from that point was great. It would have taken days to shred all 8 boxes at home and would probably have burnt out the shredder, so a really helpful and keenly priced service. Well done.

Nobody turned up on my collection day
Nobody turned up on my collection day. I emailed at noon on the day - no reply. I called at 3pm on the day and was assured someone would be coming. I emailed again at 6pm - no reply. The following day at 10am, still no word from the company I called and was informed my collection had been missed. No collection the following day could be arranged.
To improve the service the company should be replying to emails. Also informing customers when collections are not happening - i had to sit around all day waiting and that could have been avoided. It should not then be for the customer to chase up the following day what has happened.
