Fast delivery of bags, and replied straight away to arrange collection. Friendly driver who collected, and received an email the next day confirming my waste was destroyed.

I had expected a hassle trying to get them to collect the bags for shredding due to the length of time. This company has excellent staff who dropped off bags and pick them up with efficiency and politeness. I did not use all my bags and they offered and paid a refund immediately for the remaining bags. I've used them twice now and they are excellent service as well as the obvious certification is required for privacy and confidentiality.
