I had been a customer for a year, without my knowledge they recently added a medication to my Rx that caused an allergic reaction. My Rx did not match what I received and they refused to provide support. No response to phone calls or support email.

I have been getting tirzepatide from SHOWWrx since March 2025. It has been a great experience. Nothing but good things to say. Just renewed my prescription for another 3 months. Easy to renew. Update your information with the online doctor and submit. Process took less than 24 hours. I should have my medicine by Wednesday shipped by FEDEX or UPS overnight or 2 day delivery. I thought about switching to a different pharmacy because of advertised prices, but you have to be careful about scams or come on prices. Bait and Switch. Facebook is full of them. I will stay with a proven pharmacy. Customer service has been quick to answer any questions that I might have.

I started with this company and was already on 15mg doses. I paid $1195 and received 3 months worth of tirzepatide. I didn’t feel it was quite as effective as my previous company but thought maybe I was at a plateau, that was in April 2025. When my refill was due again I decided to give it 1 more try. I only received 2 of the 3 bottles, so I figured it must have more solution in the bottles. I received it in July 2025, the expiration date was September 2025. The solution had a purple like color and was different from my original order, It didn’t suppress my appetite, in fact I felt hungry all the time. I was shorted a whole months worth of tirzepatide. I tried contacting Showw Rx by phone and would get a recording that all the staff was busy on other calls but to leave my name and number and they would get back in touch with me generally within a few minutes. I never received a call back after multiple attempts. I emailed the support group no response. I finally called the Absolute Pharmacy (where my prescription was filled) and asked why I only received two bottles and why it was so close to the expiration date. The pharmacy told me that they had canceled my last bottle, I explained to them that I had paid for the full three months almost $1200. They told me that they just send what is asked for they did not know why they canceled my last bottle to contact them about it. I have left many messages still no return so I’m out $400. I noticed that somebody else had went through the same thing got their order in in July but also only received two bottles after paying for the full price of three months. I am a nurse. I know when something is working or not. I know how to correctly draw up medication and more than that. The pharmacy itself told me that they canceled my last bottle. This needs to be taken to the Better Business Bureau people need to sue for their money back. I know the last 2 bottles were a joke and ineffective. I have been on this journey for a year and had lost almost 80 pounds before I started with Showw rx, I am now up 10 pounds. Please everybody report this company. They are literally stealing our money and the product is no good. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. It’s sad when a company takes advantage of people who are struggling with weight loss using their hard earned money. That is way overpriced product, but we pay it because so many insurance companies will not cover it.

I have been with Showw for over 6 months, the first 3 i didn't really have any issues. Meds came quickly and i was satisfied. BUT my refill journey has not been the same, I paid a crazy amount as i did not want to change meds/compound. I received meds and immediately tried to contact SHOWW as to why the meds were different and came from a different pharmacy, this time with B added. NO RESPONSE, contacted doctor chat, no response. Finally after a month and around 2 wks, someone finally responded to an email. But asked if i had contacted the doctor.. omg really! Yes, Yes i did. over $1,000 for meds and lousy response time to people who maybe cannot sit on chat and wait 24-48 hours for doc response or keep waiting for emails that do not come until you title them "NOT HAPPY".

They made a very big mistake and double shipped me No one calls back, returns emails, returns phone calls I have tried a multitude number of times in various ways and nothing Now I have two supplies amounting to 6months of meds and no response So this is how I handle it! I put a hold on my credit card on file ! When they can’t bill me, then perhaps they’ll call me back. I just want to make sure they can fix whomever in the company that messed up! Hey TRAVIS WITCHLOW— call me, return my emails, return my text messages someone in your company is double sending meds ! This is a big problem and more importantly, no one is answering when this issues was detected before it was actually sent via fed ex!

Started my journey in March after my wife had success. Customer service was great in the beginning. I received my third order in August 2025. I only received 2 of the 3 bottles. I have been trying to contact this company to assist me. I have called, emailed, and sent text….. no response from them. My wife tried to re order in July 2025 and could not reach the company. The company now is sending me text and emails for another renewal but will not contact me to correct my last order. You will have no issues placing your order and Showwrx taking you money, but you will get no communication from them.

ShowwRx has also changed pharmacy. The product is now a different compound than when I got my first order.

Ordered from this company three month supply. It was 1200 dollars. Did not receive it. Reported it to showw rx and fed ex. Fed ex said it was returned to the company. The company now will not return my calls or text or emails. 1200 is a lot of money to be taken from you. Do not do business with this company!!

They are unresponsive and don't return calls, texts or emails. No response even when I was told they were going to submit my issue to a manager. Horrible, and they don't stand behind their guarantee. This company is a scam. :(

I love how simple everything is. The results are real and I feel more in control of my eating habits.

I thought from what I read that the prizing will not go up when you order the three month supply of Tirzepatide again no matter what dose.
Well wrong info. I was just getting ready to order for my second round of three month, going ftom 7.5 to 10 and up only to find out it’s a huge price increase.
I paid $795 for my first order and now my second order of three month is almost $1200
Just because of the increase of meds.
I was very happy with the meds but think it’s a huge misleading in pricing.
I would’ve loved continuing with SHOWW Rx but not while being deceived about cost
