About Us
Indre the Founder started the business back in 2007, making it a Limited Company in 2011. Since then, she has built it up over the past years with sheer grit, hard work and determination. This has enabled her to employ a small friendly team to help deliver good products, expert advice and excellent customer service. Based in beautiful Cornwall, Shower Part has a purpose-built warehouse and office, a short distance from the beach, where we dispatch all our goods.
Delivery
We deliver Worldwide and offer same day dispatch on all orders placed before 2pm on Mon to Fri. UK orders also benefit from FREE first-class delivery. If you happen to live local, you are also more than welcome to visit our warehouse. For peace of mind, we also offer a 30 day no quibble refund policy. Please see our website for further details.

Our website (www.showerpart.co.uk) is available to purchase goods 24/7 for your convenience. Our staff can help with any advice or issues you may have during the hours of Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. We offer a free part matching service, with diagrams and guides to help you find the correct part, first time every time. Our listings have clear descriptions, images and product videos and we also have tutorial videos to support you, including how to measure your part and our How do I fit my shower rollers in less than 60 seconds? which has been viewed more than 187k times!

Would like to say a big thankyou. I’d been having difficulty finding matching shower wheels to replace on my curved shower. I used your matching service and emailed shower parts with the measurements. They provided the closest match that they could and I ordered. It only took a few days delivery but was over a bank holiday period too. We managed to successfully refit shower screen. A big thankyou 🙌

Ordered replacement rollers for my quadrant shower
Ordered replacement rollers for my quadrant shower which arrived next day. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size. A quick email to them to confirm it was okay to return them and reordered the correct ones. Next day new ones arrived and I returned the original ones. Paypal account was credited next day. Brilliant service from this company, price far below manufacturers price. Would highly recommend.

Roller wheels look to have good quality bearings, but only time will tell. Ordered the 19mm wheels and they fitted my shower perfectly.

Finally sorted my shower thanks to Shower partltd
I required help with which part to order.
I provided photos of the old part and measurments. I was advised which one would be suitable.
I ordered the part it was delivered the next day.
Received great Service all around.
I'm so happy my shower door is working on runners as it should.
