The team here are so helpful, super efficient, provide excellent customer service, always answer queries so quickly, highly professional and are just a total pleasure to deal with. They provided me with a great hire/rental car in my time of great need and made the whole experience so effortless and easy! It was delivered and collected on time as promised. Their communication is outstanding. The terms of hire are very transparent and easy to understand and throughout the hire Rebecca, Rhys and the team were so easy to contact to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this company, it's the best car hire/rental company I've ever used, their service is second to none, and if I ever need to hire a vehicle again I would definitely use their services again. Thanks to Rhys and Rebecca for helping me find a vehicle on our return to the UK after so many years. Without the UK credit history, securing a car was the most difficult part of our family relocation, and Cocoon was the solution. No issues at all during the term of the agreement and the return of the vehicle. Despite some minor scrapes to bumper and wheels over 15 months of use, the repair charges were very reasonable!

We are long term UK expats with our salaried income being overseas. We required a vehicle for use in UK for a couple of years. We leased a BMW X1 for one year and then we extended the lease on the same vehicle for a total of about 2.5 years. Cocoon have great expertise in short term vehicle leasing for persons in our situation. The cost is, of course, more than a UK resident would pay to lease a vehicle, but we recognised that would be the situation due to our circumstances. The strength of Cocoon is their willingness to work with you to find a suitable vehicle and the excellent hands on communication. This is a family run business established by Rebecca and Rhys and it is clear that they are personally invested in the customer care and maintaining the reputation of the company. The due diligence/underwriting stage was not unnecessarily onerous. The whole process, including delivery and return of the vehicle was straightforward.

The short term lease was perfect for my needs. Cacoon were very easy to do business with, everything is online and easy to follow, communication was brilliant and I would definitely use them again!

Great group of people and great vehicles. We have used Cocoon for many years and cannot fault them in anyway. I would strongly advise anyone to use them. Possibly they are not the cheapest but to my mind they have been the best. No vehicle has ever had any technical issues and servicing etc has always been arranged. The cars are dropped off when they say they will be and collected when they say. They are also very fair. When the vehicles are collected very often you are hit with repair costs. This has never been the case with Cocoon. They have been both reasonable and fair

I had recently leased a car on a short term basis and I was very impressed with the coustamore care, professionalism from both Rebeeca and Rhys who are also the directors of the company and they always get back to you in a timely manner.

At a time when no one would give us assistance with a vehicle hire, Cocoon motors did. Although a short hire of six months, they provided us with transport.

Cocoon Vehicles provided an excellent service in brokering a valued deal for my lease car. In particular, their customer service was exceptional, always updating me and responding quickly to any of my queries. This was useful for all the paperwork that needed completing. I don't normally use brokers (go direct to dealers) but I would not hesitate to use them again, and I have recommended them to friends and family. Thank you!

Cocoon vehicles has been very useful to me. I am a US Ex-Pat who has spent the last 12 of 16 years in the UK on various assignments. I always look up Cocoon vehicles for my lease vehicles. I am never surprised with doing business with this courteous group of people. They provide support when needed and quickly respond to my requests be it unfamiliarity with UK requirements or some unexpected maintenance issue. Definitely a 5 Star outfit. Prices are competitive, their services convenient and a great selection of vehicles long or short term. Good Job Cocoon!

The team at Cocoon are the best leasing company we have ever dealt with. Coming from UAE in 2020, we needed a short term car solution. Having contacted many companies, who weren’t very good at responding to enquiries, nor seemed interested as we were non UK residents at that time, Rebecca and Rhys responded quickly and efficiently to our enquiry, they were pro active and looked at our circumstances with common sense and were a breath of fresh air. We have now renewed our lease for next year due to the quality of service received. They always respond to our emails quickly and nothing has been a problem. I would not use anyone else now as I haven’t dealt with any other company who were as customer centric and eager to win business. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for quality cars at good prices, purely on the level of service I have received and the fact they actively seek to provide a solution that is based upon individual circumstances and that go the extra mile to win your business.
