I do not appreciate the un clear information. I would not have accepted the terms had I fully understood what I would have had to pay for the service.

I had a great experience working with Mike D and Joe L. From start to finish the were extremely helpful and made the funding process smooth and easy to understand.

Great experience with Mike Tamburello. I have a very complicated business set up and he was extremely patient with me while getting the funding I needed. He proactively went and got it - none of the just send me your other offer and I’ll beat it. I told him what I was trying to work with for a payment and worked to get me financed.

David Sokol was friendly and beat another deal that was on the table. Looking forward to working with him in the future.

Where do I even begin? Shore Funding Solutions contacted me more often than my ex, and with the same level of honesty. I must have “sucker” tattooed on my forehead in invisible ink, because these folks acted like I was born yesterday… and somehow owed them child support.

The parade of emails they sent me were a masterclass in creative fiction. According to them, I was “pre-approved” for anywhere between $250,000 and $500,000… which is adorable, considering they never even bothered checking my credit. It’s like being told you won a beauty pageant without anyone seeing your face. Suspiciously flattering.

Then came the texts. One morning they hit me up at 7:13 a.m., which I’m pretty sure is illegal unless you’re my mom or a surgeon delivering tragic news. They followed that up with a link saying “See your approval!” Spoiler: there was no approval. Just another application page, like a carnival booth game designed by someone who hates you.

So I exercised my rights under the TCPA and California privacy laws and contacted them to address their repeated violations. Instead of simply complying, things took a turn into absurdist comedy. Their staff and attorney immediately claimed my data had been deleted — even as they continued using that same data to contact me. Then the attorney added a bonus twist: he insisted that my personal information, including my phone number, “wasn’t data” at all. I didn’t know whether to laugh or call a dictionary.

That’s when their attorney threatened that if I filed in California small claims court, he would drag me into a New York courtroom and try to get me held in contempt for not appearing. Over a consumer-protection claim. I genuinely wondered if I’d slipped into an episode of Candid Camera, except everyone involved was aggressively unfunny.

Their staff kept insisting they “deleted” my information — while emailing me, texting me, and calling me. That’s like throwing a brick through someone’s window and then announcing, “Good news, we’re not throwing bricks anymore!” while tossing another one.

If you enjoy spam, contradictions, legal threats, and the kind of logic that makes you question the future of humanity, go ahead and engage with Shore Funding Solutions. Otherwise, I’d recommend running in the opposite direction until your shoes melt.

⭐️ If Trustpilot allowed zero stars, I’d file a petition demanding negative numbers.

Shore Funding solutions did me a solid. When the banks turned me down as a small business. These guys came thru! I worked with Thomas & Miguel they were amazing! Highly recommended doing business with them.

Dominic and John worked tirelessly and consistently to get this done in a short time great job
