It was a very easy experience purchasing excursions for our Princess Mediterranean Cruise coming up in June.

Extremely disappointed to find out, after paying for the excursion that payment is in US dollars. There is no where in the advert that indicates US dollars.
This equates to double both NZ dollars and Aus dollars

I didn’t understand this is a diffent company than the cruise line. Now we are booked on conflicting excursions. Please cancel my booking.

booking was very easy, my only critique is that there is no information on timeline for cruises. I booked a one tank because I was afraid the 2 tank would take too long and I'd miss departure.

Two great tours around the Caribbean Islands.

Good communication prior to tour. Much smaller tour group and more competitive pricing than that offered by the cruise ship company.

We booked a Belize City Sightseeing and Highlights through the Shore Excursion Group, and it was by far the worst experience of our entire cruise vacation.

The tour was advertised for two hours, but our guide rushed us through the sights in just one hour, offering only a few words of commentary at each brief stop.

The most concerning issue was the unsafe and overcrowded transportation. We were a group with several children, and after seating us in the back of the van, the operators tried to force more people in. They instructed our 7-year-old to sit on my wife’s lap. We initially agreed to be accommodating, but when they then tried to make our 11-year-old sit on my lap, I refused due to the weight and the obvious safety hazards.

The discomfort was exacerbated by the conditions in the back of the van, where there was little to no air conditioning, leaving all of us sweating throughout the journey. We weren't offered any drinks or rum fruit juice as they promised. The guide, who was also the driver, had no microphone or speaker system, so he spoke towards the windshield, and we couldn't hear a word of the commentary.

To make matters worse, we later discovered we paid 3 times the price for the exact same tour that others paid at the location.

It was a complete nightmare. Don't book this tour or get your refund while you still can.

It was a little confusing on wanting the departure date of ship and our actual reservation of our tour. There was no review of what I purchased as a summary. Other than that, it was good.

Our tour guide was excellent, giving us some great information of Columbia & Cartagena. He recommended several reputable shops for us to shop at. Also some of the local history, like the Peter Claver
church & jesuit priest. He warned us of the poor quality of goods offered by the street vendors. I was advised to buy rum at the port duty free shop which I did. I would highly recommend him for future tours for vistors to the city.

Booked Sea Lion Encounter with Coral World; Good experience overall. I booked thru Shore Excursions Group
Transportation was included but we were done with the park in a few hours, had to wait 3 mores hours for ride back. Should have just got transport at the port myself and then it would be same price can go back when I wanted. Beware of this!

The SEG did not coordinate properly time the ship got to port and time it took to walk from ship to taxis and taxi to Blue Kay Ecobañas when booking our snorkel tour. They booked us on the very first one, giving us barely 30 minutes, which was not enough time.

Great customer service. I clicked on the wrong month next summer when I made my reservation--oops. When I realized this, customer service helped me by canceling one and letting me re-order the correct date.
