Put an order in since November, 2010 and never received it. Their excuses have been the holidays season and after that they said it was some other delays. I am trying to get my refund to my paypal account and still have not receiving it. I believe shoptemp.com is not shoptemp.net
Never recieved my order. The tracking number is not recognized.. No response on ticket made via shoptemp.com
Got exactly what I ordered at a low price. Despite it saying shipping takes 2-5 weeks, I actually got my product in less than one.
I have ordered at Shoptemp twice now. The first time everything went well, in time and good stuff. The seond time the order arrived, but there was a item which did not work. After placing a ticket on the service desk, Shoptemp replaced the item without discussion or delay. I call this great service.
Great company. Ordered something in the UK and it arrived 7 days later. I had also contacted their customer support to ask some questions and not only were they really helpful but they actually spoke decent English unlike so many other web sites like theirs!! ShopTemp are great!
I have preordered a Supercard DSTwo a few months ago, ShopTemp got to release it a few days before any other shops, the cost of the unit was a little more expansive then what other sites offered but I got an extremely fast service, it was sent very quickly, the packaging was decent, the product was protected and it worked perfectly with an instruction book being added to it, Usually things aren't recieved her quickly, it takes about a month to get them here, but it took me nearly a week, in other words, I paid $3~ more and got a better service
I highly recommend shoptemp for all your nintendo ds flashcard needs. The prices are fair and shipping is free, not to mention fast.
I received my package in the post within a week.
