I would have liked to leave a 0 score, this might be a legitimate site but for all intents and purposes it is no more than a legal way to extract money from you, my advice would be to have nothing to do with them.

Never signed up to anything but took a subscription off me and falsely claimed I had

Bin ein Depp und leider auch auf diese obskure Firma reingefallen. Die Knaller haben mein Konto ungefragt und vor allem unautorisiert mit € 31.50 belastet. Auf meine Reklamation hin habe ich folgende Antwort (Übersetzung durch Google) erhalten:

Bei der Registrierung haben wir Sie per E-Mail über Ihre Benutzerinformationen und Abonnementdetails informiert.

Das Abonnement wurde nicht gekündigt, da wir innerhalb des Testzeitraums keine Kündigungsanfrage erhalten haben. Daher wurde es automatisch zu einer zweiwöchentlichen Mitgliedschaft verlängert.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir nicht nur Kunden berechnen. Wir können ihnen nur dann in Rechnung stellen, wenn sie ihre Informationen registrieren und die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen akzeptieren. Wenn dies nicht erfolgt ist, wird das Konto nicht aktiviert.

The system shows that you subscribed to a 3-DAY TRIAL of our online SHOPPING service on 15 June 2021 with the initial charge of GBP 1.00

Since we did not receive a cancellation request from you within the trial period, the subscription was automatically renewed into biweekly membership for only GBP 18.99 which makes the charge valid.

Since your account is already canceled, rest assured that there will be no future charges moving forward.

Can't leave a '0' star review. Filled in a competition to win a mobile phone, no response or confirmation, the next thing these cowboys have taken £18.99 from my bank account for a subscription I'd had nothing to do with.
