FAKE BUSINESS !!
Do not buy from shopps.in. It's a completely fake business. They promise 15-20 days delivery on their website and sales calls, but it's been 6 months since we ordered our furniture and the delivery is nowhere in sight. One month post ordering they started spinning stories about the delivery company being slow. An now, zero customer support - the guy kept stalling us saying the order will reach ASAP and now he has completely stopped responding to our text and calls.

Pathetic!! Avoid this site at all costs!

If you can avoid, please do not order from this site. I have placed my order 40 days ago and have been constantly trying to reach them, but no one seems to bother to respond. They seem to be a fraud company. The only thing customer see is that their products look good online.. variety and designs... but don't make the mistake of ordering it from here. Select your product, get a picture and ask another company to make it. you will save time, money and the frustration of no response and delays.

loved the mirror and we had ordered as it is because the size was correct for our foyer and already we knew because we purchased with reference from Mr Aravind of tata consultancy so no surprises

I would not have given even a 1 star if possible.I placed one order with order no-834787.I requested for cancellation just next day.They dont have any proper customer support.They have full day to chat and brag themselves but they do not listen to customer.They only talk and dont listen to customer over chat or phone but dont give solution and mention in mail you will receive reply.But mail they give very generic reply like we will revert to you but never reverts.Fake company.Be careful.My money is struck.They fight with customer but dont listen to them.

Very good product as we have been purchasing from this store for may years and we are quite happ with what we get generally and the bench is very very good looking

very nice and comfortable swing and looks much better then the photos . bed and materesses are included but the cloth is not so much but they had asked us to put a cover if needed do we are making one . very lovely

Horrible experience. I made the mistake of paying full value upfront. There is no way to contact the company. They never receive the calls on their 1-800 no. They provided me a tracking no and the web address of shippers but the date of delivery kept changing. It’s been 1.5 months. Goods have not been delivered. Customers SHOULD NOT buy anything from this seller unless it’s COD.

Very nice loved the buddha statue as its so beautiful and peaceful - we had customized the colors and got is much better than expected. This is our second purchase last year we had ordered a nice metal wall clock

This is a complete fraud and fake site.. don't buy anything they will send fake updates on WhatsApp and tracking details but your product will.never come.Its been 6 months and order still not delivered.They have stopped responding and picking calls.

My Order #820161 which was placed in Sep'25 was never delivered.Earlier they gave updates but after 2 months they went dark .Clear sign of online fraud..Do not order anything from Shopps.in...They show attractive chinese furniture and take order and will never deliver.

The worst experience we ordered on 29th Jan 26 considering our function dated 17th Feb but we could not get it now new delivery date is 28th February.

Same on them as no one is replying as we paid full amount in advance

ordered the crystal mirror and it looks as good as the pics. when we switch on the ,lights are a bit yellow though i would have preferred white lights so it cannot be changed it seems . but anyway happy

This totally fraud website i talk to them and online purchase console with mirror 31 August
2025 Rs 38700 after paying they reply but afte that they stop reply till date 31 December 25 not recieve product no one pickup phone .

Very good experience for Venetian mirrors and TV units . We brought 2 mirrors one silver and one gold for Mumbai and both are very nice. TV unit was also received as the size we requested But marble is not natural only faux marble which we didnt know before so we had not asked but looks very good

I have order a metal frame worth Rupees 5800/- on 30th march 2025. I haven’t received the item at. Once I spoken to one of the representative. He gave me a tracking number which is not working. 2025 has come to an end. I haven’t received item. Calling them many times no response. Verify before booking any item

Bought the golden vine flower mirror for our dressing area. It’s heavy, premium, and detailed beautifully. Definitely not your regular wall mirror!

Delayed delivery but the item is well made and the packaging was well done to protect it from breakage during transportation.
