The Art Shoppe by Rachel Thompson Recensioni

Talented and attentive, Rachel created wonderful one of kind artwork that is striking and unique, and hangs as the center piece our lounge room. Glad we treated ourselves to her work.

Rachel was incredibly responsive, helpful and even kept me up to date on the shipping throughout the step by step process.
The painting was everything I was hoping for!
Can't wait to purchase more!

Rachel is a pro's pro. She made the whole experience easy, thoughtful, and impactful. I was most impressed with her ability to take my lack of artistic knowledge and still allow me to come up with the perfect piece of art for my new pool house.

From start to finish, Rachel was in communication all the time. She over exceeded everyone of my expectations throughout the process.
Then the Art arrived and it truly is amazing!! She captured everything in my 3 dogs.
I will be a forever customer!!

Rachel and the entire process was as simple and wonderful as can be. Thank you, Rachel.

Rachel is an absolute delight to work with. the whole process and interaction was exemplary. The art arrived perfectly packaged, 3 - 4 days early [despite being shipped from Canada, through the US and then to England and the whole delivery process was seamless.
The artwork is stunning, and I simply couldn't give high enough praise. very proud to now be an owner of Rachels's art. That's the 1st three pieces in the bag, and I am sure they won't be the last.
Thank you Rachel, you have a very happy customer here in England

Rachel has been more than patient and accommodating over the years with me. But in particular, with this project, she was very patient and assisted me with finding the right picture to use of my son for my wife’s birthday gift. Her turnaround time was quite shocking as well! Great personality and easy to work with, I will be ordering more from her in the future!

Rachel is such a talented artist, and the delivery was perfect in every way.

Rachel is honest and clear about terms. The art work that I purchased was exactly as described and expected and arrived beautifully framed and carefully boxed and protected. Delivery was very fast! My wife and I are very happy with Rachel's excellent work and we look forward to buying more from her in future.

From the moment I saw Rachel's art on LinkedIn, I knew I wanted one of her paintings in my home. It has been an absolute pleasure communicating with and doing business with her. The painting looks glorious in my home, and we are already planning a custom painting based upon an upcoming photo of my wife & I on our wedding anniversary. I hope to add other paintings to my home over time.

Rachel was great at communicating with my husband on customizing a piece for our new home. The chosen art was shipped quicker than anticipated and received. Never received an art piece so carefully packaged. The reveal took our breath away! We absolutely LOVE our purchase and hope to find another piece to compliment it. 😊

Specific order details were important.
Various options were given very professional.

Rachel was a joy to work with from beginning to end. Her communication was spot on, and the artwork arrived exactly when it was supposed to. And, the artwork was amazing. I will definitely be ordering from The Art Shoppe again!

I had been watching for art pieces for my wife's office as a gift for quite a while and had very little luck. Being a connection with Rachel on social media I kept seeing those unique pieces that suited my significant others personality. It was difficult to decide but settled on "Urban Rain". Full of color, well framed it's going to look stunning on the office wall for all to see.

The communication was a breath of fresh air providing constant updates arriving on time very well protected and at a very reasonable price. We will be scrolling through these unique pieces and watching social media for our next one. Strongly recommend checking out the website and reaching out, Rachel really is one of the good ones with an amazing talent.

Bought a series of prints for my little boys room, and they exceeded my expectations. Absolutely beautiful, lovely quality and Rachael extremely helpful when I realised I ordered the wrong colour frame on a couple.
Rachael was so helpful in making some suggestions for how to tie in with the room decor too. Can't recommend highly enough - always suggest to friends and will be a loyal customer for life!

Rachel is a delightful person and a great artist. My wife LOVED her surprise. They communicated very well and the whole process was smooth. The package was slightly damaged in shipping, but it had been very well protected inside so no damage was done. I highly recommend Rachel & her business. She is most definitely a pro. It is a true one of a kind portrait that was perfect for a person that is very hard to find gifts for. My heartfelt thanks for a job very well done.

Art was impeccable, Rachel is engaged, communicative, compassionate,……simply wonderful.

Ordered 3 pieces of art, one of which was personalised - all items are amazing, and the ordering process was made so much easier by Rachel. 100% we will be ordering more in the future on the back of this experience, and the quality of the artwork…

Rachel was incredible to work with every step of the way; from the very first questions, to the order and payment process, and certainly through the various approvals of the drafts!
And, better than that, the finished work is a Masterpiece! This tribute piece to my wife will be in our family for many years!

Thanks Rachel!!!

My first purchase from the Art Shop exceeded my expectations. Rachel guided me though step by step. I didn't have to ask questions because Rachel was always a step ahead of me and kept me informed. From the purchase to the delivery it was 'picture perfect". When I spend my hard earned money, I expect to be treated like a important guest - I was!
Rachel and The Art Shop have my recommendation.
