Company kept shipment flow available to final destination.
Plastic wrapping of carton and bottle top required use of a blade to open both. Could be dangerous if not handled properly.
Cannot comment of efficacy of product at this time.

I have ordered from nutrapure and never gotten an email to confirm! I checked and my credit card has been charged!

The tracking system showed that my delivery was still in transit on July 21st, as I check the tracking on all of my orders daily!! When I went to check it a day or so later it showed that my order was delivered on July 14th ......I am the only one who collects the mail and packages in the house !!!! I never received my shipment from Nutrapure !!! I corresponded with Alina, Anna, and two other customer service people who told me they would find where my order went. It was not delivered here!! I receives a message that a replacement shipment is on the way as of yesterday ! I appreciate that I am going to receive the shipment that I paid for, and have been waiting for !!! I still haven't heard where my shipment actually went !! They ran their investigation but didn't explain what they found !!!!! However , even though I am waiting a considerable amount of time, I am happy that I will finally get my order. I hope everything goes smoothly this time !!!!

Has continue to keep me updated on trying to solve my problem

Was going really well but am now having trouble wanting to get my money back on my purchase. Have decided not to try this product due to my COPD and still smoking.

My order hadn’t arrived after 21 days and I alerted the customer service. I notice that the tracking had stopped and no other notification was posted. Once I let customer service know they immediately emailed and assured me they will investigate and/or replace. Within a few days they sent a replacement notification and I’m very happy that I only had to send one email. Follow up and professionalism is definitely this company’s priority. Thank you Alaina

I received a quick and courteous response to an issue I was having. The customer service was amazing!

I would give Zero stars, it an option. First, this shipment is international, which was not indicated with the ordering process, which I would not have done. Ordered placed 6/17/26 and delivery was stalled on 6/29/26 until 7/20/26, when an updated delivery notice that delivery has been made. I have not received this product and the only communication I’ve had with the company is when I put a hold on my credit card for non delivery back in June. I am now not even sure this is a real company. I will not order from them again as there are too many red flags on their authenticity.

Customer service was awesome. They paid close attention to my needs and kept me updated through email. Thank you for great service.

I received a refund after putting an order in and I never received the product. After about one month, still waiting for it, I received a full refund for the lost order. I am please with the company as they did a check and a full refund was received in a timely manner.

My order was lost and I received a refund quickly.
