I place the below order with shopmarlow.com and never received it.Contacted them multiple times via email and they promised to followup and never did.I have been requesting a refund since then. This company is a scam, faked a proof of delivery report and have since stopped responding to my emails. Please be aware. DO NOT BUY on Shopmarlow.com

This place is a JOKE . I have had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I purchased an item. Outdoor patio chairs in June and I have never received my order to this day 9/4. I have been in constant communication with Ellie from Customer Support Service 5 different times and she constantly said she was going to look into the situation, and she STILL has not resolved my missing order. I had last messaged her August 15th and I still have not heard a word from Marlow Customer Service. They took my money and did not deliver my order, and she stopped communicating with me. I don't think this is a company at all ! its just a SCAM! I had mentioned to her that my husband had back surgery and the patio chairs are perfect for him to sit in and still enjoy our yard. Sent her pictures with him in brace hoping that would help motivate the resolve of my issue. I have not heard anything from the Customer Service again ! Don't be a victim of this SCAM!!!!

Horrible company. I purchased a set of wicker rocking chairs. They were never delivered. Every time I contacted the company, they said they were investigating it, or they had submitted it for review, or it was submitted for a refund. 3 months later I still have no chairs & the refund request is awaiting review.

I finally filed it as fraud with the credit card company. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague.

I order a product and paid in full I never received what I paid for
