This store needs to be more mainstream! The prices are great to begin with, and even better if you look under their clearance/sale tab and you don’t have to sacrifice quality! I’ve ordered two huge shipments from them twice and the quality is amazing. I’ve ordered all summer clothes and the material is soft and isn’t too thin; but perfect for summer and spring! They have a lot of different aesthetics of clothes too, from y2k, to grunge to preppy. Customer service is really fast as well and helps you get things solved pretty quickly. Highly reccomend.

I absolutely loved the items I got! The price is very affordable and everything was so cute and looked exactly like the pictures! The only thing I would absolutely recommend is make sure you are looking at the size chart for each product! Otherwise, fast shipping and great customer service!

Just discovered this brand and found a top I liked, so I checked the sizes available. Small, medium, large... The large size's waist measurement was 28.3 inches. In what world is that large? Plus sized people couldn't shop here, its so sad to see that we still can not be inclusive. I'm disappointed.

So disappointed
I have just received my first order from Look Sky and I am so so disappointed. I ordered 12 items in sizes medium and large (I am normally a 10-12 UK and I am 5"9) literally none of it fits, it is all tiny, extremely short (doesn't even cover my bum) and the quality is terrible. Would not recommend buying from this company, took weeks to arrive and extremely disappointing.

They make you jump through hoops for a refund
The items I ordered were ok... the strings/ties they use are very cheap. I really wanted to love one of the dresses I bought, but it was just sown together and shaped really oddly.
I contacted customer service for a refund. They offered 20% off the refund to keep the clothes. I declined and said no. Then they offered 50% off. I declined. Now they want me to send them pictures of the outfits before they send me a shipping label. Really ridiculous hoop to jump through. I've never experienced that at any other shop.

Love the clothing from this brand! All the clothes I’ve ordered has been very good quality and extremely flattering! Shipping takes about a week or two but other than that I’m obsessed with this brand! Highly recommend:)
