Do not order

They are shocking. I ordered my sofa 26 days ago and haven’t received it. They have been messaging me telling me my sofa would would arrive, then when it didn’t arrive i’d message again and they’d tell me they will speak to courier and get back to me in the same day to give me an exact date of delivery then ignore me for days. Then when i mention that if i don’t get my sofa within the next week i want a refund i just get an “ok” and then ignored for days. I have now asked for a refund and they came online and ignored me.

They scam

They scam, not a real website been waiting 16 days and still havent received anything, really poor commuication dont buy

The cancellation was requested by the customer, and we processed the cancellation and issued the full refund on the same day. The refund was therefore not delayed or withheld by us.

I bought a sofa from KM Furnitures and while the couch is great, the customer service was the absolute highlight. The guy who helped me went above and beyond with genuine, toptier help, and he definitely deserves a raise. Highly recommend

I purchased a wardrobe/almirah from KM…

I purchased a wardrobe/almirah from KM Furniture, and while the quality of the product itself is decent and gets the job done, the customer service was truly amazing. From start to finish, the team was incredibly helpful, polite, and responsive. Good quality furniture is great, but outstanding customer support makes all the difference. I’d definitely buy from them again!
