If they help you build a website, they own the website & they don’t tell you that. They constantly make your website sub par so it needs a lot of fixes. Then they’ll say oh if you want your domain we got for you it’s $699 we own it?
They basically work out of someone’s basement and constantly change their name between Shopify Ecom solution and Shopify expert design, horrible people over all
Would not recommend. THEY HAVE NO AFFILIATION WITH SHOPIFY. They use fake names it’s so weird

My relationship with Shopify ecom solutions has been terminated. I have no desire to detail their mismanagement. The company claims they are a reputable company. Reputable companies do get 2 and half stars!! That alone is says it all. I strongly recommend you research this company and their employees history before engaging.

I signed up for Shopify website builder. I was very unhappy with the first web developer that was given to me. But I won’t waste time talking about him. After I ask for a refund the manager (Skyla) called me and asked if I would give her a chance to make good on the website. I did and I am so glad that I did. She was patient and understanding about me being a first time online business. I had a personal death in my family and she just waited until I was ready to start the process again. Skyla and her team made every correction and change while also taking the time to explain things. She is the best and when she promised me if I would give her a chance to make things right she meant it!!!! Thanks Skyla it was a pleasure working with you.

I paid this company over $20,000 for website and marketing services. USPTO records prove they held my patent payment ($5,500) for 9 months, then filed a fabricated application without my approval. My trademark was abandoned due to their failure to respond to USPTO. Their own representative admitted in writing that services were "not delivered." When offered a partial refund, they demanded I sign away all claims first — then stopped responding. I have filed complaints with FBI, CFPB, California AG, Texas AG, and BBB. Be very careful with this company.
