Ring has tarnished after a couple weeks of wearing it. It's a lovely ring but very disappointing. Have contacted customer service and waiting for their reply

As the pieces are silver-plated brass, they can naturally tarnish over time, particularly if exposed to water, sweat, perfume, or skincare products. Unfortunately, everyone’s skin chemistry is different, which can sometimes cause plating to fade more quickly for some people. To help prolong the life of plated pieces, we recommend removing them before showering or exercising, avoiding contact with cosmetics and perfume, storing them in their pouch or box, and gently buffing them with a soft cloth after wear.
