I ordered a pc laptop battery on the…

I ordered a pc laptop battery on the first weekend of January. Until now 2 months later no battery. I try to contact them and either the close the phone or via email the tell me the don't have any idea when and if my battery will come ever. And where are my money? I have even paid for the delivery... Its a scam. The whole site is a scam. Stay away

I had an excellent experience with Shopflix from start to finish. The website is easy to navigate, product descriptions are clear, and the ordering process was smooth and straightforward.
My order was processed quickly and delivered on time, exactly as promised.

I have had a very good experience…

I have had a very good experience shopping at Shopflix overall, having made over 10 purchases so far. The ordering process is simple and my deliveries have arrived within the estimated timeframe. Only one of my orders was slightly delayed (couple of days), but the issue was resolved quickly. I have mainly purchased beauty products and supplements, and everything arrived in great condition and exactly as described. I also use Shopflix Max, which makes my purchases more cost-effective.

The best shipping info

I recently placed a order for a smartphone via shopflix.gr and, while I was thoroughly informed that I would get my order in a week, I was pleasantly surprised that my order arrived within 4 days. The notifications of each phase of my order, from store pickup to the final delivery time, also made for a pleasant, stress-free experience.

I’ve been shopping from Shopflix a lot lately. The prices are very good, and the delivery is fast. In one instance, there was a small packaging issue, but customer support handled it immediately and resent my order very quickly and securely.

Overall, a great experience.

Μια «πλατφόρμα» κατώτερη των περιστάσεων

Είναι εντυπωσιακό το πώς η ομάδα εξυπηρέτησης θυμήθηκε ξαφνικά τόσες λεπτομέρειες μόνο αφού τους προκάλεσα.
Το αν μπερδεύτηκα με άλλη πλατφόρμα σε μια τηλεφωνική κλήση δεν αναιρεί το γεγονός ότι η δική σας εμπειρία χρήστη οδήγησε σε λάθος επιλογή σημείου παράδοσης.
Το ότι δεν υποστηρίζετε παραλαβή από το κατάστημα για να γλιτώσει ο πελάτης παράλογες χρεώσεις μεταφορικών/αντικαταβολής, είναι ακριβώς το δείγμα της έλλειψης ευελιξίας για το οποίο παραπονέθηκα.
Αντί να αναλώνεστε σε ιστορικά κλήσεων για να βγάλετε τον πελάτη «λάθος», θα μπορούσατε να είχατε δώσει μια λύση στην ουσία του προβλήματος εξαρχής. Η εμμονή σας να δικαιωθείτε επικοινωνιακά αντί να ικανοποιήσετε τον πελάτη, επιβεβαιώνει την αρχική μου κριτική.

Διαβάζοντας την επικαιροποιημένη αξιολόγησή σας, αρχικά θα θέλαμε να σας διαβεβαιώσουμε ότι η απάντηση αυτή γράφεται από την ομάδα εξυπηρέτησης και όχι από κάποιο αυτοματοποιημένο σύστημα.

Εξετάσαμε την υπόθεσή σας εις βάθος και όχι τυποποιημένα, και για αυτό τον λόγο θα θέλαμε να αναφερθούμε, συνοπτικά, στο ιστορικό της επικοινωνίας μας:

Στις 13/2 επικοινωνήσατε μαζί μας τηλεφωνικά για να ενημερωθείτε σχετικά με τη διεύθυνση παράδοσης. Ο εκπρόσωπός μας, σάς επιβεβαίωσε ότι η παραγγελία είχε δρομολογηθεί στο σημείο Cleverpoint που είχατε επιλέξει κατά την καταχώρηση της παραγγελίας σας στην πλατφόρμα.

Κατά τη διάρκεια της κλήσης, αναφέρατε πως η παραγγελία έγινε μέσω Skroutz και όχι μέσω της δικής μας πλατφόρμας, και ότι δεν γνωρίζετε πως αυτή η παραγγελία κατέληξε στην δική μας πλατφόρμα. Σε αυτό το σημείο σάς διευκρινίσαμε ότι αυτό δεν θα ήταν εφικτό, καθώς δεν υπάρχει διασύνδεση μεταξύ των δύο πλατφορμών. Κατόπιν τούτου, και αφού κρίνατε ότι το κόστος των μεταφορικών και της αντικαταβολής (που είχατε επιλέξει) δεν ήταν συμφέρον για εσάς, ζητήσατε να παραλάβετε ο ίδιος από το κατάστημα για να αποφύγετε τη χρέωση, κάτι το οποίο είναι απόλυτα σεβαστό. Μέσω του εκπροσώπου μας, εξηγήσαμε ότι η συγκεκριμένη δυνατότητα δεν υποστηρίζεται αυτή τη στιγμή και στην συνέχεια η κλήση ολοκληρώθηκε. Έκτοτε δεν υπήρξε κάποια άλλη επικοινωνία με την ομάδα μας.

Κατανοούμε απόλυτα ότι ενδεχομένως να υπήρξε σύγχυση από πλευράς σας σχετικά με την πλατφόρμα, με κάποια άλλη παραγγελία σας που ίσως να είχατε το συγκεκριμένο χρονικό διάστημα ή το τελικό κόστος, ωστόσο από την πλευρά μας σάς δόθηκε κάθε διαθέσιμη πληροφορία με ειλικρίνεια,σαφήνεια και σίγουρα χωρίς την οποιαδήποτε πρόθεση αδιαφορίας.

Λυπούμαστε αν η διαδικασία δεν κάλυψε τις προσδοκίες σας, και στο πλαίσιο της δικής μας βελτίωσης θα την λάβουμε υπόψη, όμως η ομάδα μας προσπάθησε να σας εξυπηρετήσει δίνοντας κάθε πληροφορία που είχε στην διάθεση της.

Terrible product

I bought two fabric wardrobes. The quality is terrible. They couldn’t even support 5 kilos of weight. The aluminum bars bent and the plastic support corners broke. Worst purchase I’ve ever made. Also, I am unable to leave a review directly on their website.

If this purchase was made recently, you have the right to return them. Paid in January, no product, no clear refund, misleading information

I paid for my order at the end of January. Today is February 6, and I still have no product, no delivery, and no clear resolution.

Here is the situation:

The delivery date was clearly stated in the advertisement. I paid in full and fulfilled all my obligations as a customer.

The delivery did not happen. I later received contradictory information:

emails saying there were “failed delivery attempts”,

the tracking page saying the shipment was returned and that a refund was initiated.

Customer support gives inconsistent answers. One message says to reschedule delivery, another says the order is already returned.

I paid with a foreign (Ukrainian) bank card, and now I am told that a refund may take 5–7 working days, with no clear confirmation that the refund is actually possible in my case.

I cannot reliably contact anyone: emails take time, phone calls are difficult, and there is no clear, single point of responsibility.

As a result:

No product

No confirmed refund

Lost time

Constantly changing information

From a customer’s perspective, this is misleading and unacceptable.
If a company takes payment, it must either deliver within the promised timeframe or provide a clear, documented, and reliable refund process.

I am leaving this review to warn other customers and to encourage Shopflix.gr to improve transparency, communication, and accountability.

I am updating my post from 18 February 2026. The goods have still not been delivered and the money has not been refunded. In fact, it will soon be a calendar month since the order was paid for. I think it is necessary to contact consumer protection authorities in Greece in connection with this case. Positive experience overall

I've been shopping from Shopflix quite often and overall the service has been reliable and smooth. Only on one occasion there was a seller related issue but was resolved automatically on the same day.

Fast delivery, multiple purchases

Frequent buyer for over a year. Every experience has been great. Always on time, except once when the courier was overloaded due to multiple orders for black friday.

The last time I purchased from Shopflix was a few days before Christmas to get presents for my family. I needed the gifts to be delivered on time, and I received my order the very next day. I would totally recommend.
