I’ve used Daisy Ray for a couple of years now, but the more recent orders I’ve made the wax melts don’t smell for as long. They used to smell really strong and let for ages. And the delivery time is between 2-3 weeks to actually receive them.

Hi Jodi, thank you for taking the time to review. Sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. We stayed in touch and explained your parcel was in our time frame but Royal Mail had a hold up their end (once it leaves us we have 0 control) we have giving you updates and tracking info for your parcel when asked. I can see half of your order was bath and body, We haven’t had any other mentions of our wax melts not lasting but thank you for bringing this up as we can now look in to any supplier issues with our oils. 🙂

The smell is divine!!
I ordered a oopsie daisy bag as I’d never tried the waxes from here and they did not disappoint.. the smells are lovely and you can reallly smell it throughout the house which is lovely!! I would definitely recommend and I can’t wait to buy some more!!

Surprise competition winner
Naturally these wax melts are amazing, first time purchase and they’re one of the best on the market, I love the tots and how you scoop them in, once done really easy to remove from burner. And the biggest bonus I was the surprise winner of the 4000th order and got my order refunded! Brilliant!

Smell divine … but exceptionally slow to arrive
I have ordered from Daisy Ray twice and the wax melts are lovely. They smell divine, however delivery is expensive in comparison to other providers and exceptionally slow. On both occasions items were not even dispatched for 2 weeks. They are then sent 2nd class delivery so take nearly 3 weeks to arrive.

Unfortunately, if any orders were made towards the end of 2022 postal strikes made our postage a lot slower also we did take some time off over the Christmas period.
We always keep our customers updated if they are to reach out and email us or send a message through any of our socials.
As for cost of postage we charge what Royal Mail charge us unfortunately, we are a small business and are not in a position to be competitive just yet with that price, that also doesn’t include boxes or any packaging to keep your purchases safe. We use Royal Mail second class signed for to keep costs down for the customer but we can definitely look into adding Royal Mail 1st class.
Our 2023 goal is to get more stream line with our turn around times as we are getting busier and there are only 2 of us. But we are very grateful for the feedback, and the orders.

Royal Mail did take a while to deliver due to ongoing strikes but this is totally out of their hands and people should be more patient in these hard times. The Only Place To Go!!
I won’t shop anywhere else for my wax! The girls at DR work so hard and so much love and thought is put into every item. The packaging is 10/10 and the smell fills your whole house. My deliveries have come swiftly and promptly everytime I’ve ordered, even with Royal Mail strikes and carrier issues, and the girls keep you fully updated via social media with where your orders are upto anyway. 5* business and I wouldn’t stop anywhere else.

Always the best wax melts from these lovely ladies. Their customer service and customer interaction is second to none and they are always so happy to chat. I really enjoy the tiktok lives and am never disappointed with my melts and scents. Will definitely be purchasing again. Support small businesses <3 you won't regret it xx

Shocking
I placed 2 order and this is the 1st time I have ever ordered from Daisy Ray and unfortunately today I have asked for a refund on both orders!
I was told that issues were with their supplies via couriers and strikes etc! I have received deliveries from other online shops no problem. This said they continue to take orders and your money and then post about bad reviews! If you have issues stop taking people’s money and fulfill the orders for the people who have been waiting. I have unfollowed and will order from other shops. If you place an order for Christmas melts and smells don’t!

We are working our absolute hardest to ensure all orders are fulfilled and are shipped in the allocated time and ensuring to keep customers updated of any issues that arise which are out of our control. In regards to your second order this was still within our turn around time. We happily responded to your messages, explained and issued a full refund.
Perfect small gifts
I was gifted waxy tots with scoop last year and loving the lasting scent I have purchased for my co workers this Christmas.
Package arrived safely, well boxed and smelling delicious! Hope they all enjoy the melts as much as I do.
