I still have not received my order from 2 months ago! They have no customer service phone and they do not answer my emails other than an automated email saying they are running behind. I did not have tracking for over a month then it said its being delivered by 11/27/24 and it is now 12/13/24 and they are not answering my emails anymore at all. I am going to have to contact my credit card company now for a refund! SOOOOOOO disappointed

This place is a scam. I wished I had looked at the reviews before ordering. In searching for a way of contacting this place, I found out they are from South Africa!!!! I ordered the mini blenders - 4 of them over a month and a half ago. Not only have I not received them, their email answer is “hey your order is arriving any day now” for a month…..no way of asking anyone what does “any day now” means 😡😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

We ordered our blenders and a dog cleaning brush and have not even received tracking. It’s been over a month. This looks like a scam website.

I’ve been waiting for over a month for my orders. I have emailed them five times now and messaged with the bit assistant more than that. No one can help me and I get no response from corporate. I feel like I’ve been scammed

this is a darn SCAM. I placed an order for the blender on Aug 12, 2024 based on it being advertised on Facebook. received an email confirming the order was received and they offered a deal to buy the second blender for 50%. I did not. Now Have chased repeatedly for the blender and NO response. the site shows no such order was placed. How does one deal with such scammers ? Buyers Beware.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering 2 blenders. 6 weeks after ordering, no product, no response to emails. When I try to track this order, it evidently doesn't exist. Will apply to Paypal for a refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

It is definitely a scam. Never received my order. All reviews on their site are fake.

I ordered 2 blenders in October but have yet to receive them . When I go onto the delivery status it's says delivered ( not to me !!! ) I have emailed them 4 times but no response at all. Disgusting service 😒 Total rip off company as read some of the reviews and they say the same . Do not order from this company because not sure they even exist .

I placed an order of a blender 2 at the end of october. Firstly they said the delivery was delayed and then they marked as delivered but it never happened. Emailed several times the CC, but got automated respond only.

Purchased 2 blenders on 10/31. Got an email confirmation for the order and then “tracking information” a couple weeks later. No updated tracking info since - no indication of where it is or when to expect it. Emails and chats have gone unanswered. I just filed a chargeback through my card.

Well I ordered and the goods never turned up. My card shows Shopnatic.com and the amount $19.99 withdrawn. Since then I was told they had high demand. Then they wanted to give me 20% off extra orders ( when I hadn’t received the first) and now there is no one replying.

Biggest scam this year. Took my money, I can t get it back, has a bot to offer you discount to buy more rubbish, says they will contact you. They must have made millions. This website should be shut down. An absolute con. I've had the bot now tell me 8 times someone will contact me. This company should be prosecuted

Negative stars!!! They took my money, didn’t send the product, and when you email them, they respond with a bogus email that the order is coming and how to track it. When you try to track it with the FAKE order number they give you after taking your money, it says no order found! Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT order from this company. They are a fraudulent company and this is a SCAM

I placed an order two month ago and I didn’t received it. I email several times and no answer back. The only thing that you can do is to call the bank and dispute the transaction to get your money back.

Just like everybody else, I have been SCAMMED! Paid for the items in Oct 31 and it's now Nov. 27 and the items have NOT been delivered. Emailed customer service several times to NO AVAIL. I bought these thru Facebook ads. BE CAREFUL ! They also deleted all my comments from their ads, so other consumers won't know.
