ShopBack has been really unreliable for me. Many of the stores they advertise do not track the purchase, even when I go through the ShopBack website or activate the extension.

I contacted customer service and sent proof of purchase, the order number and all the details, but they still did not help or add the cashback.

It feels like some purchases are accepted and others are not, so I would not expect every purchase to be counted.

Waiting for the refund takes over a week and gets lost in a lot of the transactions. Would be nice to develop a system where it notifies us that it’s been processed into bank

Uber eats keeping messing up my orders lately & I haven't been able to get a refund back either

ShopBack has been great, there were some information that I do not know on how to progress. I had to ask a friend on how the games works as I usually go in and play games. Not sure how or when it will deliver to my cashback / paypal account.

Such a simple process, comms are clear and the $ in processed into my shopback account very quickly. Easy to use, large number of retailers and $ back in my pocket. Win win

We really enjoyed our stay we have a family room that’s very warm and cozy exclusive toilet and kitchen that’s the main thing I love about. The room needs repairing but I love it. I finally get the best holiday experience we ever wanted as a family. Thank you four seasons see you next winter season ❤️

I cannot understand how everyone is not using shopback . It seems to be getting faster for payouts but even if it's not it is such a nice surprise when a payment is ready.
