Paid for an entire month of services and we received about 3 days max of services for that month. We contacted their team to dispute and of course crickets. After working with this company over 6 months they almost put us out of business with their INSANE ad spend strategy that was literally throwing money out the door. Owner beware. My attorney tried to warn me and I didn’t listen. Be smarter than I was.

We've just begun working with them, and things are going really well! Cody has been an awesome resource in getting things started. He's been responsive, helpful, and easy to talk to. Excited to move into the next chapter for our business!

After getting 100's of ads from Shopanova promising me to grow my business to 100k months, I decided to book a call for my small business. I got multiple calls and emails asking me to confirm I would show up for the call. I was on the call on time and waiting for 10 mins and no one showed up. I sent a message to the number that sent me so many texts, and I got a reply saying they were running behind, but no timeline on when they would join the call. I said to just go ahead and cancel the call, as I appreciate working with people who respect my time. I got a text reply saying that he (Cory) appreciates working with people who are easy to work with and don't think the world revolves around them. Super rude and unprofessional. He then went on to call me an entitled liberal. If I were late to a call, I would reach out and let the person know beforehand and not shame them because I was late. I would avoid this company at all costs! They can't apologize for wasting my time. Imagine what they would do after wasting a small business's money! From what I see here and on Reddit, they are only here to collect the high retainer and don't show very good results. I'll stick with my ad person who is getting me 10x ROAZ + and is very kind and on time and actually runs my ads rather than making me do all the work myself.

The two weekly meetings have helped me so much. I truly believe every business owner should understand advertising, what Facebook Ads are, what Google Ads are, how they work, and most importantly, how they affect your profit.

What I appreciate most is that they go beyond just ads. They give you tools to understand your numbers, your margins, and where you might be making mistakes. Before joining, I hired agencies that handled everything for me. The reports always looked good, but I didn’t have clarity or control.

Now I do.

I decided to bring marketing in-house with guidance instead of outsourcing blindly, and I’ve saved a lot of money while gaining knowledge and confidence. I understand what’s happening in my business, I control my content, and I can make informed decisions.

The community aspect is also powerful. Being in a room with other business owners and hearing what’s working and what’s not opens your perspective and helps you identify opportunities or blind spots in your own store.

If you’re a business owner considering joining a group like this, I honestly see it as an investment and one that has been more valuable than the money I previously spent on agencies.

Well reviews are always hard to believe but if you're like me and have no idea how to run anything, social or marketing this is the place for you! I designed and Patented KEEPa a few areas ago and struggled to figure out the maze of taking it to the market from content creation to figuring out how to get on Meta, Shopify, and list goes on... its a lot! You start out by learning how to do it your self and that to me is hugely important because if you don't know how to do it or at least have an idea, how can you know if its being done right! They have a huge library of how to vid's so you can go back and watch them over and over unit you get it if you are like me.
The whole team there is amazing and communication which for me is a tell tail sign of someone you want to work with is amazing. Always encouraging and two meeting a week and a bi weekly one on one to ask all the questions that sound stupid but end up being game changers and to celebrate and hear how others in the community are winning and losing really puts a great perspective on how it really is out there.
I then moved to there client services side where they handle content creation for marketing running ads and Klaviyo I am really happy I did, its been a huge weight off to focus on all the million other things that need to be done to grow!
If you looking for a team to make it happen overnight and sky rocket your sales go somewhere else this is where you learn and grow at the right pace!
This year I am up %200 so it does work!

I've been working with the Shopanova and Bloom team for a little over a year. When I joined I had the goal of consistent $20k+ months... now about 18 months later I am at $200k months with holiday season over $500k. My ROAS numbers on ads are always good, I have never been in a money losing position on ads. I have learned a lot through the Bloom incubator group and the very varied group of small business owners in the group. I particularly appreciate that they do not apply a cookie cutter approach to their advice; I have a strong sense of where I want my brand to go and they support me in my goals. Throughout I feel that I am supported by an honest, caring array of experts in different areas.

It has been a pleasure working with Bloom. I came in wanting to move out of unpredictable sales and build something I could truly scale. After my first onboarding call, I knew I was in the right place. What I appreciate most is the balance between learning on your own and having a team guiding you through the process. The weekly coaching calls are extremely helpful. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience. Great company.

WOW, a lot of misinformation in some of these reviews -- please consider this review from an actual client of theirs.

First off, NOT a scam. We've worked with Shopanova for almost 3 years and they are absolutely fantastic and very good humans to boot. We have very close communication with an entire team and the leadership of Shopanova. Dan, Robby, and Josh are all great people that actually care a lot about their service and their clients.

Shopanova was instrumental in bringing our business (Little Thread Co.) from doing ~$30k/mo to well over $200k/mo. We went through many phases of business alongside the Shopanova team and to us they were more of a partner than just an outsource of our marketing. We developed great relationships with everyone we interacted with.

My recommendation if you're considering working with Shopanova would be this: make sure you've fully vetted your product or service that you're selling and come to them with something you know has value but you're not sure how to scale. There is no magic bullet for bad product or poor effort, which I suspect many of the poor reviewers on here had. You WILL have to run your business and put in the work to provide good product and good content. There is no agency in the world who will just run your business for you. Be an entrepreneur and grind and this service will do wonders for you.

If you're fairly new to social media marketing, I highly recommend starting in the Bloom group to learn alongside the team and other entrepreneurs and then scale into the agency platform. I cannot speak highly enough about how much we learned and accomplished growing with the Shopanova team. Thank you for all you guys have done for us!

My husband and I joined Shopanova's Bloom group and it's been a great experience (so far!) they left us a great review on Google, and it's been an absolute joy to work one on one with Robby, Dan, Dixie, Austin and the team.

That and our revenue is up 52% this month! So that's good haha!!

My company participated in the Shopanova program for the 60 day initial term and unfortunately we didn't see the results that any of us had hoped for.
I believe the team working on my account did their best and the project manager was definitely on top of their game.
At the end of the 60 days, I made the decision to end the partnership, but it ended on good terms and Shopanova held up their end of the deal with refunding my retainer due to no growth on the account.
I read several reviews where companies were making some pretty steep negative claims against Shopanova, but my experience was pleasant and I believe both sides did what was needed to support one another. Everyone had the same end goal in mind to grow my business, unfortunately my business just didn't seem to fit the model.
I'd recommend anyone looking to scale an ecommerce business try Shopanova as they are definitely organized and have helped many businesses with significant growth. If things don't work out and you hold up your end of the deal in supporting the team, there is a guarantee to help you rest easy.

Shopanova is a HUGE reason why my company has double in sales over the last two years. Not to mention, we have been seen on celebrities + are going to be sold in a huge retailer soon, all because of ads being in front of the right people. It’s not their job to build as magnetic brand for you, it’s their job to get you in front of the right eyes— and they are AMAZING at that. If you’re passionate about what you’re selling and already have a strong product, they will take you to the moon.

Shopanova has helped me to maintain and grow my business consistently over the last 4 years. The customer care is unmatched and as an e-commerce store owner it can be very difficult to find honest, authentic, dependable people to grow your brand. Many agencies will give you empty promises but I can guarantee you that Shopanova will deliver. I’m beyond pleased with overall performance and am incredibly lucky to have found them. Change doesn’t happen overnight, but with a little bit of patience they will help scale your brand to new heights.

They will DESTROY your ad spend, your ROAS and continue to charge you. They have the COO try to play good cop with you and then they will do ALL THEY CAN to not refund the amount you asked for. Would only give us a 50% refund after spending 30K on ads that were giving us a negative return over a 2-month span. Then had the audacity to say it was us and we couldn't scale. We are having our best year ever by over 200%. Their "Digital Marketing Expert" was a 20 yr old kid in a hoodie in his bedroom. WHAT A JOKE. RUN AWAY.

These folks were crooks. Very high fees and spoke lots of jargon that sounded good but with no results. We wasted money over several months with them and pulled the plug. It is a shame how they take advantage of small businesses looking to scale. RUN DON'T WALK from these high fees and no results from these fast talking crooks.

The team at Shopanova is awesome. We’ve been running Facebook ads for a long time, but they’ve actually helped us grow outside of Facebook which has been killer this year. Google/youtube have been crushing it for us with their strategy. TikTok is new but we’re feeling confident, especially with some new creative their team is kicking out with us. We spent over $100K in ad spend alone in November and brought back close to $200K in profit after their fees, other costs and spend. Killer time generating killer results.

Really not sure who's actually leaving positive reviews on here. The real story is that these guys are horrible, will waste your money and time and lack integrity. Don't buy into their bs. Very disingenuous people and their team lacks talent and just wants to take your money. Beware
