The worst, most dismissive customer service I have ever experienced.
I am extremely disappointed with AFRM’s customer service. I get bombarded with emails all day, yet when it comes to actually helping customers, they fall short. They have no problem taking people’s money, overcharging for shipping, and providing misleading estimates for delivery times. My order has been sitting for almost two weeks, and on top of that, the responses I’ve received have been extremely rude and condescending. In the “spirit of the holidays,” companies should focus on honesty and respect for their customers—not taking advantage of them. I will never order from AFRM again.
Terrible company and customer service they are the worst dont shop here they ignore legitimate customer concerns and issues
Bad customer service. I received a nice trench coat. But a button was missing, it didn’t have a replacement button so I had to exchange it.
When I checked my upcoming order, it said it was arriving but with the wrong size. Extend opposites. I addressed it and the woman just said I click the size myself, and that’s it. To be clear, in the exchange there were no options to switch to a different size. She didn’t really offered any help and try to solve the issue. The response was Dry and short. Pretty much saying it’s my problem. I’ve sent so many emails trying to reach out to someone who could help me get the order I got. It’s exhausting.
Poor customer service. Never received my order, carrier delivered to wrong address. Contact customer service the same day about my delivery, it's takes 5 days for them responding to my email. I showed proof of my front porch vs where the carrier delivered to. They continue to stated that it was delivered. They even block my email address. At this point I don't know what to do I gave up. Just suffered the loss.,beautiful pieces, but it's a risk o shop on their web site. Order # AFRM-101478
I ordered two dresses at different times and never received them I kept getting emails over a week then I just decided to cancel and take my business elsewhere poor customer service!
Love this designers style!
Everything fits really well if you have curve shapes and you can see on their instagram the tagged pics of different shapes and sizing if you love a dress.
Only found this label in the last few months but already have 2 of their dresses in my cupboard, returned one colour, and have 2 more on order from Revolve for their collab.
