shop2india an outright SCAM. I ordered products which never got delivered even after 2 months and they don't respond to emails. Going to report this site on the cyber crime portal.

​I placed an order (#27109) on February 15, 2026, for Ecovacs Deebot accessories (Rs. 2,175.00). Despite their policy stating tracking is provided within 3 weeks, I have received zero communication, no tracking number, and no product as of March 9.
​The "Unfulfilled" status remains unchanged, and the company has gone silent. I have been forced to file a credit card dispute and a Cyber Crime report to recover my funds.
​Warning to others: Do not trust the "3-4 week" delivery estimate. It appears to be a tactic to delay chargebacks until it's too late. Avoid this site.

I have ordered the product 30days ago no delivery no refund no customer service.this is fake side

It has been 3 weeks since the order and no update of shipping of the product has came. Now I'm reading all the reviews and many users had this kind of problem with them. If it's a scam website everyone has to stay away from these filthy scammers

I did the mistake of not reading the reviews here and ended up ordering in this site shop2india… it’s 3 weeks and no update on the order.. no response to calls, whatsapp msgs or emails. I have lost INR 11,000. Please DO NOT order anything here!!!!

Shop2india is a straight scam,
no COD option and more than 2 weeks to fulfill orders without shipping.
The number listed for customer support doesn’t exist and they don’t reply to emails.

If you need to rob people for ₹1000 to make a living in India you are the most pathetic of scum

SCAM ONLINE SELLER. Fraud online seller using SHOPIFY to scam people. They just want your payment and are least bothered whether it gets delivered or not. All customer support contacts are invalid. You will never get a response on the contact email address. BEWARE of such sellers.

Fraud app don't buy any product

Ordered a phone case last week, and the delivery was super fast! Really impressed with how quick they handled it. Will definitely shop again.

There are good product options, however impossible to connect with the team in-case you wish to cancel the orders placed by mistake. I dropped them and email and also notified through whatapp and there is no acknowledgement.
The site promises a refund if order cancelled within 24 Hrs. but in-spite of the informing the team with-in 24 Hrs. I am skeptical of getting the refund.

Update on 24-Jul-25. I am shocked to see the response where team has dispatched the product without sharing any tracking details and the worst part is they have not seen the cancelation request from me and in total contradiction to there own website terms they are pushing the order to me.

A big word of caution this is a untrustworthy site so don't risk buying items here, you will get in a trap.

I placed an order on May 9, 2025 for a 1M USB Data and Charging Cable for Ticwatch Pro Bluetooth Smart Watch (Order #19305) on the website Shop2India. I promptly received a confirmation email, but since then, there has been no update on the shipping status or estimated delivery.

According to their own shipping policy, delivery is supposed to take 3-4 weeks at most. It’s now been over 7 weeks, and I have still not received my product.

Worse, I tried contacting them several times:

Emails go unanswered

Their provided contact number is not working

No tracking number or dispatch confirmation has been sent

This is extremely unprofessional and feels like a scam. It seems many others have faced similar issues, and I now believe Shop2India is a fraudulent website.
