I ordered an item from Sports HQ. They took the money but didn't despatch it to DX couriers. There's no way to contact them - phone engaged, don't respond to email or webchat. SCAMMERS

Non-delivery of goods
I ordered my goods on 24.09.20. I have still not received them. I have contacted you by email but only had an automated reply. Today 30.09.20, I have tried to telephone 4 times but cannot get to speak to anyone or to leave a message. I find customer to be abysmal.

another shambles of a review for shop 247. they get my order wrong send me a blue golf bag rather than black. still not received refund, have to wait in an entire day to wait for a delivery and they have the audacity to suggest i could send the wrong bag back at my own expense. what a shambles. avoid this lot at all costs

Ordered a treadmill
Ordered a treadmill, came not very well made, some parts not wielded properly. Called and was told they would replace it. Replacement came with missing parts and paint chipping off. Called for collection and refund. Treadmill was collected but no communication since for refund. Have tried calling everyday and have sent emails. Nothing back. Let’s see if I ever get my refund.

Very good service ordered and received…
Very good service ordered and received item within three days expecting it to longer did not bother to look up tracking details. Item ordered Wednesday delivered Friday, unfortunately for me I was out on Friday.
Rescheduled delivery for Monday turned up that day.
Had I looked at tracking I would have seen it was out for delivery for Friday.
Downside delivery company could perhaps have used email to update let you know day it was to deliver items. Stop any confusion.
