Fantastic service you guys. I was expecting 3 weeks to Brisbane not 4 days, outstanding. Really pleased.

Bag arrived late,
Bad tracking information
Hole had been covered up with brown tape so someone knew!!!

Good communication before purchase but disappointed that there was no email confirmation of the order
God delivery communication and the product itself was fine

Product arrived well packaged and very quickly, the next day, however I only realised it was coming as I checked tracking, for a large item, I wasn’t given notice or approximate timings, unable to contact either courier or shop247 by phone despite several attempts, eventually emailed and an hour later, had a response. Luckily I was able to wait in and item delivered 2.30 in the afternoon Think telephone customer service needs to improve but otherwise satisfied. Very pleased with actual product.

Good quick service and the mat is good quality at a reasonable price

I in error ordered a left handed golf set for my right handed Grandson.
As we didn’t realise this until he tried to play with them we removed the polythene covers on the clubs.
As soon as we discovered the problem we packaged them up and returned them. At no time was a ball hit so they were in perfect condition with just the polythene covers removed from the clubs.
I then received an e mail from Jason at customer service accusing me of removing the covers and that the clubs showed ‘signs of use’ and would I send him my address so they could return the clubs to me.
It would be very interesting to learn from Jason how a right handed 9 year old can hit a ball with a left handed set as that is the only way they could have shown signs of use!
I certainly won’t be using this company again.

Shop completely unobtainable 24/7. Latest news, bought a projector screen for use at work but it arrived damaged. The company answered my email ( this time ) and offered to replace it. They picked up the damaged item and but the new one never arrived. Won’t answer the phone( diabolical phone system) or emails. PayPal are on the case !

Excellent service quick delivery. I actually ordered the wrong golf clubs - left handed - totally my fault as they were advertised stating left handed clubs. Anyway no problem to return the tool care of everything even to having clubs uplifted from my home and labels put on.
I’ve reordered the correct clubs snd my granddaughter is delighted. Lovely quality. 3 generations of golfers - her grandad, dad and her.

I needed some information about the product i wanted to buy, but proved to be impossible to talk to anyone on the phone as nobody answered and eventually it cut out each time,
Gave up on that and e mailed the question. Finally got an answer from somebody, and from then on he was very helpful and prompt in responding.
Delivery was very good and product also very good
