I didn't get the package.... Don't buy from them....

Super-Pharm is my favorite ecommerce site in Israel, the variety is huge, from Super-Pharm products to the 3rd party sellers products you can find anything and usually in great prices. I also like going to Super-Pharm stores, it's relaxing.

אמל"ק- אל תקנו מהם מוצרים של מוכר חיצוני.
הזמנתי מוצר מאתר סופרפארם, משום מה לאחר ביצוע התשלום היה כתוב שהם שולחים לכתובת הקודמת ולא החדשה שלי.
ניסיתי להתקשר לספק- לא עונים. ניסיתי לדבר עם נציג מסופרפארם- אין להם בכלל נציגים אנושיים, הם מבקשים את מספר ההזמנה וכשכתוב שזה ספק חיצוני הם אומרים "תפנה אליו".
עכשיו אני נמצא בבעיה, כי כשהמוצר יגיע לכתובת הלא נכונה ויוחזר לשולח, לא יהיה לי למי להתקשר כדי לעדכן כתובת. מוצר של אלפי שקלים.
הם יותר גרועים מקיי אס פי , למרות שהם לוקחים יותר כסף על אותם המוצרים. לא להתקרב!

Super Pharm is a big store and has everything you want from a store like this. I can’t find it in my country so I will travel to the nearest shop I can find. Store crew are nice people, just like your neighbours. I love it. My favourite is the Paramol.

This company is a disaster!
Never again
When you buy a product, and if after there is any issue, absolutely no help.
Even after 2 weeks my product (more than 2600 NIS) had an issue, they doesn't care about the warranty

רכשתי אצלכם באתר גריל אוויר של NINJA, שנמצא עדיין באחריות. המכשיר הפסיק לעבוד, ופניתי מספר פעמים למרכז השירות שלכם — אך במשך חודש לא קיבלתי מענה ולא נאסף המכשיר לתיקון. אני מאוכזבת מאוד מהשירות ומהיחס שקיבלתי, ולא אמליץ על החנות שלכם לאחרים.

I purchased two dolls through Super-Pharm Online, supplied by HaKontainer. Unfortunately, the products I received were of poor quality – the heads were falling off and the items didn’t match the description on the website. When I contacted customer service, the response I received was generic and irrelevant, referring to a promotion I never purchased.

I expected better quality control from both the supplier and Super-Pharm. Customers deserve to receive products that are as described and in good condition. This was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend buying from this supplier.

הזמנתי באתר סופר-פארם (shop.super-pharm) מכשיר טיגון ללא שמן NINJA AF400. עברו כבר שבועיים ועדיין לא קיבלתי את ההזמנה.
פניתי לחנות – צד שלישי שממנה המוצר נשלח והם אמרו לי שהם לא אחראים, אלא חברת המשלוחים. פניתי לחברת המשלוחים הם לא עונים לטלפונים, לא מגיבים להודעות בוואטסאפ, ולא משיבים לאימיילים.

בפועל – הכסף נלקח ממני, המוצר לא סופק, ואני איבדתי שעות מזמני בניסיונות לקבל תשובה מאף אחד.
אף גורם לא לוקח אחריות, אף אחד לא מוכן לעזור, והלקוח נשאר פשוט חסר אונים.

אני מאוכזבת עד עמקי נשמתי, ולעולם לא אזמין שוב מסופר-פארם אונליין.

Awful online shopping experience! Tried to purchase an item from their website, but there was no option to add it to cart, so essentially, I couldn't place an order. When I sent a WhatsApp msg to their customer service (that's the only way they communicate with you!) it took them forever to get back to me, then they said they were checking into it and will get back to me, when they finally did get back to me -- hours later, I wasn't in front of my computer, I told them as much, (and said I will be later), their reply was "okay, thanks for contacting us, let us know if there's anything else we can help with"!!!

I recently had a shopping experience at shop.super-pharm.co.il, and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. From start to finish, I encountered several issues that made my overall experience quite unsatisfactory.

Firstly, the website's navigation was confusing and clunky. It was challenging to find the products I was looking for, and the search function didn't yield accurate results. This made the whole process frustrating and time-consuming.

Furthermore, the checkout process was plagued with technical glitches. I encountered errors while trying to complete my purchase, and it took multiple attempts before I could successfully place my order. The lack of a smooth and seamless transaction left a negative impression.

the only problem is that you never know whether the products are in stock in the store that you want to pick it up from until you get to the end of order. and also some products are a big difficult to find. but I do recommend it
