Mi experiencia con Simig Lighting ha sido totalmente inaceptable:

Coacción en el precio y práctica desleal: Tras realizar el pedido, me pidieron más dinero alegando que la promoción había cambiado. Al negarme, intentaron cambiarme el producto varias veces (diciendo que se les había acabado y que tendrían que pedirla a otro lugar).

Chantaje y manipulación de reseñas: El vendedor me retuvo la lámpara y me la ofreció a cambio de que yo les dejara una reseña positiva en su página.

Incumplimiento Grave del Servicio: Pagué un extra por envío "Fastest Shipping" (3-5 días) y el producto tardó más de un mes en salir.

Adicionalmente, el producto final no coincide con el pedido: Aunque la lámpara llegó, no era idéntica a la foto. El modelo adquirido (Lámpara colgante moderna Macaroon Flower Bud S207 en beige/rojo) presenta un cable de un color diferente al de las imágenes. Pero si que llegó y estoy contenta por eso, cambiaré el cable y listo.

En resumen: Manipulan el precio/producto, intentan obtener reseñas falsas mediante chantaje y no cumplen con los plazos ni con las especificaciones del producto.

Absoluter Betrug, unbedingt fern bleiben. Verschickt die gleiche billig Ware wie Ali oder Temu, nur 10mal so teuer. Vollkommener Schrott. Am Ende muss man dann um sein Geld kämpfen.

Mooie lampen maar...dit zijn producten die worden gekopieerd van designers. De PH 5 is bijvoorbeeld een exacte kopie van Louis Poulsen. Dus als je er geen probleem mee hebt om werk te kopen waar de designer niet voor wordt betaald, heb je hier goedkope lampen.

Beautiful lamps. Shipping took a while, but the lamps are exactly as you see them in the webshop. We also preferred white wire instead of black, and for one lamp that didn't have a wire, we wanted one with an on/off switch. Customer service was able to arrange all of this. Excellent. I also always received a quick response to my questions about shipping. I ordered three different lamps.
