Dismal delivery
I ordered badges last Wednesday in the "order in the next 2:21 hours for this day dispatch" and I had an email to say they are being dispatched today - the following Monday - and not on the fast delivery for delivery tomorrow. It is just not good enough. There will be a lot of sad Beavers and Cubs this week in our group.
If we qualify for free delivery, it should be DPD or the likes, and it should be made clear when the dispatch day is. Nearly a week is heading for a joke.

I can see you placed your order on Wednesday 18 March on our standard delivery of 3-5 working days, therefore, delivery is due to you between 23-25 March as per our terms. We despatched your parcel on 23 March and it's on-route with DHL via shipment reference 60120237912739.

Excellent service from Scout Store. I ordered the Cubs sweatshirt and polo shirt for my son who’s recently moved up to Cubs. Website was very easy to use. I can see you placed your order on Monday 16th PM, at 14.00, therefore, delivery is due between 20-24 March (3-5 working days), as per our terms. I can see DHL are scheduled to deliver the parcel today.

Thank you for leaving a review and highlighting you've not received your order, we don't appear to have received an email from you advising of this?
I can see you placed your order on Monday 9 March at 21.39 and delivery is tracked by DHL as being made on Thursday 12th at 11.52. I'll email the tracking over you you accordingly.

I placed the order on Wednesday and paid extra for next day delivery which should have been on Friday and now on Saturday I still haven’t received my parcel. DHL collected the parcel on Thursday but say the delivery has been delayed.
