Really great service
Really great service. I’ve reordered many times and once when it went missing/delayed they immediately sent a replacement. I like that they put in the hand written name of the person who shipped it. A nice touch!

Product is great, shipping time excellent. Why only four stars? Web store is a bit frustrating and not as easy to navigate as I’d like. Maybe that because I’ll on the other side of the pond in the USA.

Excellent company
Excellent service, incredibly fast delivery to the PNW, USA (3days). A fine product, fine presentation. The company has a history of research and good manufacturing practices. Their website explanations are clear and helpful. Their regulations, history and their use of healthy ingredients gained my interest. I’m very glad I found this company.

Order was accepted on 11th Sep 2021…
Order was accepted on 11th Sep 2021 with the stated delivery time of 3-4 days. However, I received my package from the courier company only yesterday, 21st Sep. This is far off from the stated delivery time.
Another important issue which is missing.....there are no information in English about the supplements printed on the boxes as well as the information booklet enclosed within.

Experience matters
The transaction when smoothly, received a notification that it had been posted to me within 24 hours. however had to pay another €4,79 customs duty as this was posted from outside the EU. This was not mentioned on their site, if I had known this would have paid the one euro more from a local supplier! Experience matters…
