Only shop on line never by Phone (scary woman)
Great online experience, however when I phoned the shop with a query I got a woman who didnt seem to impressed that I called and said that everything I needed to know was online and if I was unable to find it she couldnt see where she could help or assist me. I eventally managed to win her over but it taught me a lesson of never calling the shop and only shopping on line.
