Great being able to have mags delivered to your doorstep in a timely fashion. Order and forget. Fantastic customer service ( particularly Georgina) at Kelsey Media. Very responsive in a timely manner and they go above and beyond to assist with all your customer enquiries.

Excellent after care service

I had a problem re-hewing my subscription to Model Boats. I was contacted by a wonderfully attentive lady named Katie. Although she wasn’t able to solve my problem, I was completely satisfied with her efforts. She was polite, caring and most knowledgeable. Because of her, I will subscribe again in the future.

Excellent customer service from Katie, had a slight problem with a couple of things . Dealt with promptly and kindly.

One of my issues of ME & W was lost in the pipeline, and not received after a month; normally within 10 days, it arrived at my address. I sent an email to Kelsey and a very kind woman, Katie, promised me to send me another issue, which will reach me within 10 days.
I am a subscriber since 1978, from MAP to Kelsey. After receipt I will thank Katie for her friendly help !

Sometimes an issue might get lost in the post and not arrive.

It rarely happens, but when it does Kelsey Media send a replacement immediately.
