We'd like to clarify that there was a system error, and as mentioned in the email we sent to you on September 25th, the full amount you paid for express shipping was refunded the same day. As a result, your product was shipped completely free of charge. We apologize once again for the system error.
We always strive to ensure our clients do not pay unnecessarily, and when an issue arises, we take prompt action to rectify it. Regarding express shipping, depending on your location, it may take 2 to 3 days unless you opt for next-day delivery, which is not available on our site.
We appreciate your purchase and hope you'll reconsider your 3-star rating, as you paid $0 for expedited shipping and received your product within 3 days.
