The company always answered their phone and answered my questions. which were many. I was able to oder directly from the company. The customer service/sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. Also, I could not find any other products on the market that met my particular needs than through Bellman. My only complaint would be that the shipping took maybe 10 days or more which I found both inconvenient and excessive.

I understand that you purchased Alarm Clock Pro, and while I of course respect your experience, I would like to clarify how the sound is designed to function.
The alarm sound is intentionally programmed to escalate gradually over time, starting at a lower level to provide a softer wake-up experience. In addition, it sweeps through different frequencies to help optimize audibility across a wider range of hearing profiles.
This approach is designed to make the alarm both effective and more comfortable compared to a sudden, fixed sound.

Nice product
We needed something to alert for phone calls - the ringers were not loud enough. This product works just great, the shake is persistent and felt enough that it works great. The size of the unit isn't intrusive. It was easy to set up and seems to reconnect well when the phone comes back within range.

The product came with two microphones would extended cables but no air plug.
There was no description of the contents of the box
The only earpiece offered by the company is the micro set. The cable is too short and almost impossible to keep 18 inches between the two components.

Didn’t work. Bought two parts of system in an Amazon order and an order on your site - wife blind and I am almost deaf. Bought alarm for wife to wear, vibrating alarm for under my pillow, alarm for aid’s bedroom and watch that vibrates for me. All didn’t work together. Returned. Refund of Amazon only

Shopped the website and it was pretty straight forward. I did mis-interpret the description of one component (the bed-shaker needs a receiver of its own). So I placed a follow-up order for that receiver.
On that second order, I got a note from Bellman to say the receiver wouldn't work on its own....
That was good service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Once I had all the parts, it was easy to put everything into place. The guidance on where to place the smoke detector was really valuable. My old smoke detector was in a bad location and has been annoying me with false alarms for 30 years.
All good now. My family is as relieved (maybe more) as I am that I now have a good system for a hard of hearing person.
Also, both orders were processed and shipped promptly. The packaging was as efficient as could be without a lot of filler to go in the recycle bin (or landfill). I appreciate that!

App is confusing. Wish there a way to turn off other than pull yarn as I have it between mattress. Also if I have it on notifications it notify always. But I only got it for phone calls and did work once but must have to reset it after each calls?
