Disappointed with no answers after 9 months
I thought this company was my savior but turned into false hope. After 9 months I’m right back where I started. I have a Rhodesian Ridgeback. She had been licking her paws. Smelled like almonds. She stinks and my wife definitely wasn’t happy with the smell. So I tried anything. Expensive dog food. I got chewable probiotics. In doing research I found this company. I got the gut test $125. Then the gut restore $125. Wife not happy about the cost but it worked. For a little while. So I’m all in. Loving this product. I go to buy a bunch of gut shield chews. There out of stock. They say the super shield chews are the same thing. So I order a couple and wait for the guy shield chews to come back in stock. I waited about 3 months. Still waiting. It never came back in stock. They had a sale so I bought more super shield chews. Another 6 bottles. So that’s 8 bottles and my dog is right back where we started. Red paws and stinking up the house. So I turn to the company. Ask to go over my dogs chart. See if I missed something. Long story short. All they wanted to do is sell me another guy health check. Said 9 months is perfect to do it again to truly see how my dogs stomach is doing. I don’t need a $125 test to tell my dog isn’t good. What a joke. I spent almost 500 bucks and got nothing. I believe my dog is just having allergies. Just a heads up. There are actual dog food allergy test from chewy. 80 bucks and they will give you a recommendation for what is the best food for your dog. I wish I knew about this sooner. I would have never wasted my money. At the end of my phone call with the company’s employee. I asked her if the company really cares about my dog health they would just send me a gut test for free. Since I already paid for one. She told me. Oh I can’t do that. Waste of time waste of money.

My 8 month old puppy was having occasional diarrhea and I wanted more info on if his biome was perhaps in need of a pre and probiodic. I thought it might be needing bacteria or had some bad. The great news was his biome was very good and the suggestion was a half dose of s. boulardi & FOS powder. He is doing well on this with very normal stools.

My standard poodle was taking a 21 day dose of antibiotics...and it gave him diarrhea. i added the DoggyBiome™ S. boulardii + FOS Powder to his food, and the diarrhea stopped! He loves the taste, and I can tell his tummy issues are gone, since he now eats every bite of his food with no hesitation. This product is a keeper!

It was suggested to me to have my dogs stool tested with this company. While expensive it think it was well worth it. The report generated areas his microbiome was deficient in. He has been on the recommended probiotics, digestive enzymes and joint chews for the last two years. His stools are better than they’ve ever been, his coat is shiny and he just got a clean bill of health, including labs from his vet at 12 years old. He will be on these for the rest of his life. Quick response, easy to send in sample. Recommended by our holistic veterinarian who believes in this approach for healing. Our dog is doing much better now!!

I received my order on time and with no delay . I was happy to receive a discount which helped me make the decision to buy the FMT pills. As a Canadian and having to ship to Canada and pay in US dollars, it is very expensive so the discount was appreciated. So far things have improved for my Golden retriever and I am cautiously optimistic he will continue to improve.

My 4 year old Ragdoll cat has had many intestinal issues .
I’ve don’t a lot of testing at his veterinarians office.
Abdominal ultrasound showed some inflammation in his lower intestines, so his vet decided to put him on a steroid .
Even on the steroid, he was having issues with vomiting and not eating well.
So went ahead and did the animal biome test for him and we found out he had a lot of issues in his intestinal track and gut.
Now after just a 2 week coarse of what they recommended he is eating better .
Fingers crossed this does what he needs to help him feel better.

Animal Biome for Cats has helped both cats. It has increased one cat's appetite and has helped constipation in the other cat. Also, the order came quickly.

Her first test (established a baseline) and I was comfortable with the product recommendations based on the results and the phone consultation that was offered. Will do a retest in 3 months. Always best to do a preventative evaluation versus waiting until a chronic condition!

First package was delivered to mystery location and I did not receive it. AnimalBiome shipped replacement to me. I will start giving cats and dog the new probiotics tomorrow.

Update: My order finally arrived after all the shipping delays. Instructions were easy and clear. Will update again when I get the results (hopefully shipping the sample back involves less postal service issues).

Original Review: My review should really be of the USPS. My order was quickly shipped from California and arrived at the major regional USPS hub before then being taken back to California and all the delays that entailed, then back to my hub in the Midwest, and then it went out for delivery, and finally was "delivered to mailbox at 7:01pm." Oh, how I wish that were true. My mailbox is empty. I am out over $100, and a couple weeks of waiting, and I never received the test at all.

The FMT capsules totally work. So thankful you put this into a pill!

Every contact I’ve had with the company, everyone has been so incredibly helpful and supportive. I genuinely feel they care about my dog’s healing journey. We’re in week 5 of using The capsules and we see multiple ways he’s improving! So grateful! We had tried every supplement before finding out it was his biome lacking.
