I bought a cushion from here and it was just beautiful, the packaging was lovely and the delivery was really quick. A really magical and inspiring shop. I will definitely be placing another order soon.

Can’t think what this lovely shop is doing wrong ! As usual they have from sale to me receiving my really well packed with care parcels from Alice, with always a really nice touch card signed by whoever packed it…

My automatic go to for the small pleasures in life. Discovered this beautiful little shop on a trip to Lostwithiel several years ago. Now buy online if I can’t get down there. I ordered some bench seat cushions, I wasn’t sure on colours so messaged Alice who replied instantly!
Received the 2 cushions beautifully packaged, and only took a few days to arrive! Really happy with the service plus the products 🙂

I made an error with the address and then couldn't find where to add a note for the card. Alice very quickly had both sorted out with nothing being too much of a problem - perfect customer service. The delivery was on time and beautifully wrapped, so my sister was delighted with her gorgeous birthday gifts.

Lovely hooks and bracket, beautifully packaged with nice ‘thank you for shopping independents’ branded labels on box, then a personal thank you message handwritten on a photo postcard, by the packager.
