From VFX to AI, the tutorials are engaging as well as entertaining, providing enough information without becoming overwhelming. All the recorded content is great, from begining to advanced VFX techniques. But what is the pearl here, is the feedbacks and constant comunication with the professionals. The feedback videos are always with zero rush, they really take the time to analyze and help us improve. I highly recomend it.

My first week at shootfirst was really good. I enjoyed learning the lessons.

The biggest advantage of this course is that you receive truly constructive video feedback on your work. It is also important to me that the tutorials vary in length and can be played in any order (it's worth logging in even if you only have 15 minutes).

Soot First is unique and very good at what they do; it's the best I have seen anyone explaining VFX in simpler and manageable terms. It's straightforward and to the point. Allows people like us who are lacking to get an opportunity and learn on a level field. Moreover, I just trust their vision more than anything that they are trying to do with the lack of young creatives.

Shoot First is an amazing classroom experience for budding visual effects artists. First off, for what you're getting, the price cannot be beat. Christian Bull gives you concepts you can use in any software package, but teaches you on software you can acquire for free. You get detailed rundowns of how to create the effects and you get detailed instruction on the how-to's. Homework assignments and feedback totally make the experience worthwhile.
