Just placed my second order for the solvent and oil combo as I finally ran out after almost 4 years. The solvent is FANTASTIC and the oil is top notch. Living near the coast, my carry Sigs would start showing a little oxidation every once in awhile. Common issue for Sigs near the ocean. Since switching from Hoppes and Rem-Oil to Shooter Lube, the oxidation has never resurfaced. If you are on the fence, just order it and remember to be patient with small businesses, especially during the holidays.

This company will take your money and create a label and thats it. You can not get ahold of them in any way possible. It has been almost a month and they even blocked me on social media with no repliesto any of my messages threw any platform or emails or calls. So now i need to dispute this charge. Do not order this product

Absolutely trash
I made an order they sure took the money but decided to never ship anything and refused to reply to any type of communication.

I placed an order for an XL T-shirt, but the store sent me a 3XL instead. On top of that, the checkout process tries to sneak in extra bulk lube/cleaner if you’re not paying close attention. I reached out via email multiple times and never received a response. I even spent $20 to mail back the incorrect shirt and the unwanted cleaner, only to have the package returned because they require a P.O. box number.

At this point, I don’t know if it’s worth trying again since the company clearly isn’t cooperating. The frustrating part is that I genuinely like their products, but after this experience, I won’t be spending another cent here.

I placed an order on 1/24 for cleaner and lube. I saw on 2/4 a label had been printed waiting for UPS to pick it up. A week later it was still waiting, I tried to reach out more than once and express my dissatisfaction with the slow shipping. Nobody ever got back to me. It finally was picked up after I told them to cancel the order. I received the product on 2/14. The jury is still out on the product, but nothing is that good when your Customer service is at such a low level you would reorder

Flashy advertisements and 5-10 days to ship is their website claim. Well almost 8 weeks no product....an answering machine for customer service...never return emails or phone calls.
They took my money Im left with nothing. extremely poor customer service and deceptive advertising. Don't get caught in their hype.
Company has an F rating with Utah BBB ....stay away. Owners should be ashamed of themselves.

Now you need to deal with your BBB in your state and your attorney generals office
