I signed up to check it out, wasn't for me.. it says 7 day free trial period, but charged me & won't refund even though I cancelled the same day I signed up. 😒

The breathe work exercises really help to refocus, ensure breathing not shallow or fast. Which in turn helps destress body lowers shoulder & body tension. The daily cleans & rituals give focus & declutters mind aiding for better sleep. Loving all the pods & daily affirmations bring positivity to the day. Something for every moment, stress, loneliness, goals you name it. Well done Shoorah team, apps a real game changer.

Really love this app and it having everything in one place - you can write goals, gratitude, journal and cleanse (which is my new fav to get rid of bad thoughts or energy)
I love the pods to listen to so I can get myself on track or help me with a new way of thinking.
When you sign up you answer questions on what you want to achieve and what you are interested in and then these affirmations and pods come up recommended to you in the app which I love!

Their customer service is amazing. Any problems I had were solves quickly and the initial response was almost immediate.
The app itself is 2nd to none. Since having the app I am creating daily rituals and time for myself that I was unable to do before. They help you set goals, journal, relax and talk you through how to do things with their podcasts.
Although I had initial trouble in the pre launch phase, I received a voice message explaining what was happening and what to do at my end. It went above what I was expecting, I didn't mind the initial glitch when the customer service is this good.
Since then I have used every day. It is my friend in my pocket lol

I highly recommend Shoorah. It’s has something for everyone, I love the daily rituals, the breath works, sleep meditation and the pods. I think it’s a wonderful tool to have if you are struggling.

Not gone through every aspect of the app yet but so far so good! I like to play the forest sounds to help me relax and imagine I am in the rain forest somewhere exotic. I also like the daily rituals that I mark off daily to remind me I have completed the task. I have recently been learning to live with fibromyalgia so this app has been helpful with the daily struggles I endure.

The app is amazing it’s helped me so much as mums got dementia when I’m stressed or struggling with my mental health i listen to the pods and meditate, i love that you can do your goals and journal, i love the app.

Cannot fault this app , it's amazing for your mental health , sleeping , I've been using this since it's started and slept so good . Definitely worth downloading
