On vous présente un laser puissant à près de 100 € et vous recevez une lampe LED à 2 €. Le service client répond certes, mais vous dit "Nous sommes désolés que notre produit ne réponde pas à votre attente (ben c'est évident, ce n'est pas ce que j'ai commandé !) Renvoyez le (en Chine, biensûr)" avec des frais de transport démentiels. En fait, c'est comme si vous commandiez une Ferrari et receviez une Fiat 500. Des VOLEURS, en clair. Leur seule proposition est une réduction sur un prochain achat mais 20 ou 30 % sur 60 € d'un caca qui ne vaut pas 0.10 €, c'est encore du vol !

False advertising by the company. Their advertisements show a working mini tool. In fact it includes a video of your mini sander smoothing out a board. What I received was a rubber toy in the shape of a sander . Total scam. No response from company. Disputed credit card charge.

A scam! I had placed an order for Lyra air -reverse air smoother on discount last month. Waited over 2 weeks to receive something totally different & made cheaply. I emailed for a refund & enquired re returns. No response. Do not buy from them!

My order hasn't arrived after 6 months.
I did get an early email response for the company about delays but despite numerous emails I've heard nothing.

They are scammers, and liars. You order one thing, and then they will send you something totally different and a cheap product.

They advertise a scaled model of a Huey help with Vietnam markings. When you receive it, well you get a stamped pc of metal, not 3-D. I wouldn't purchase anything from these people. The Chinese just don't know how to conduct business with any ethics.

I purchased a firming serum for ageless glow , the products on line have packaging in english however once I received the product , the small box was completely written in chinese. I asked them to their customer service to receive information on the components used in the serum, the directions how to use it and the producer. they only sent me an email saying to use it on a clean skin. I asked again the components and who is the producers but they did not reply to my question . they just replied , the supplier or manufacturing details may vary depending on the warehouse from which order is fulfilled.
I 've asked to have the info at least in english. FOR SURE i AM NOT GOING TO USE THE SERUM ON MY SKIN AND FOR SURE NOT WEAR THE SLIM SHORT THEY PROVIDED ME WITH . HOW CAN I KNOW WITH WHAT THOSE HAVE BEEN MADE

SCAM!!!!! Minus stars would be better!! Don't waste your money or your time - complete scam. Its been over 6mths since i placed my order. Hundreds of dollars. I have emailed them 3 times. Nothing. No f's given. An absolute waste. They get you hooked on this cool looking stuff but sorry to tell you you won't receive it and they don't care.

scam, bought the chess board that was supposed to connect to apps like chess.com, got a random fake magnetic cheap crap thing from china. No way to connect to any app

On May 5, 2026, I ordered a birthday gift for my nephews upcoming birthday from Shonobo through Shopify. After eight business days, and no communication, no email including an order confirmation, and Shopify shows "waiting for update" from the seller; I reviewed their order policy and as anticipated no way to contact the merchant aside from email.

Their policy states "All orders ship within 1-2 business days after they have been confirmed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day & items usually arrive within 3-9 working days from the date of order with our VIP Shipping. We send out emails to every customer as soon as their parcel has left our warehouse with the relevant tracking details. Use the tracking details to follow the progress of your order. If you do not receive our email confirmation, make sure to check your spam folder."

I contacted Shonobo via email and received the following reply . . . "Upon checking our system, we can confirm that your order is currently in the early stage of transit and will soon reach your destination country. We would also like to inform you that your order experienced a longer-than-expected processing time, which has impacted the overall delivery timeline due to unforeseen logistical circumstances." No communication of the delayed processing time, no carrier or tracking information, and no anticipated delivery date.

It has now been fourteen days and I have received no parcel, no communication, no tracking information, and still no updates have been posted to Shopify.

I now have to secure a different gift, notify my financial institution and credit card issuer to file a charge back, register a complaint with Shopify and notify the appropriate parties. It's unfortunate companies like Shopify aren't interested in protecting consumers, only profits, by properly vetting merchants.

On further investigation, Shonobo has received registered complaints with the BBB and earned a 1% Trust Rating from Scamdoc.

I purchased a model Orion Space Capsule from Shonobo having viewed their website. What I got was what can only be described as a cheap toy which bore no resemblance to the images on the website. I have complained and to be fair they did get back to me quite quickly with an offer of a 30% refund and a 30% credit note on a further purchase. While this is a decent reply it still does not excuse the shoddy practice of showing one version on the website but supply with a vastly inferior product. I wonder if this is a one off or are other products advertised on their site are as described or illustrated. Very dishonest practice!

Since writing the first review above. I have been contacted again by the company. This time the offer was 25%refund and 25%store discount. Clearly the company simply deals with complaints when they come in and does not follow up with prior complaints. A cheap offer to buy you off and make the matter go away so as not to get a bad review.
This is not a company to do business with. Do not trust the well presented advert that promises you will get exactly what is depicted in said advert!
The item I was complaining about is still on sale and no attempt has been made to remove it or modify it to show what the item really looks like or its quality.
Still ripping off its customers. Do not purchase anything from this company.
