Their interface isn't best for uploading receipts, and they would still charge you unless you cancel on the web portal they said (which wasn't possible in my case). I had to write a bunch of emails and look into my accounts to ask for a refund, which was a hassle and waste of my time. Because they did respond to my email, I gave them one more star. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't bother with them until they fix the efficiency of their interface/billing system

I really wanted to use their service. But they might be out of business. I signed up for a test account but the receipts are not processed. When I follow the link to the price options inside my account or on their website I get a page not found error. This has been the case for the last five days. I then signed up for an onboarding via Zoom and received a bunch of automated messages. But when I waited for the zoom call to start at the scheduled time, I waited for over twenty minutes but "shoeboxed" did not start the meeting. So I waited for nothing. I then called and wrote again, but nobody answered or has written back since yesterday. They obviously don't care. I now opened an account with Neat. Much better.
