We ended up moving half of our things ourselves in the weeks before our move so we could afford to hire Shleppers. I am glad we did. The guys who moved us were pros. I never worried that they would not know how to wrap something or carry it.

From my first phone call getting a price quote to when the last box was unpacked, I had a great experience with Shleppers. The price was reasonable and the movers were careful, courteous, and hard working.

The Schlepper's crew was very friendly and provided excellent, efficient and fairly priced service. I would definitely recommend them to others.

the guys were sweet, worked fast, broke my mint condition wooden bed frame and didn't tell me - huge chunk of wood taken out of one visible section - tons of knicks and scratches (big ones) on rest of bed frames and the legs of couches and chairs all scratched up and dented badly. They were rough.

DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE NICE FURNITURE

They sent 2 guys - probably should have sent 3 based on how many items I had - but that said, these 2 guys did an absolutely wonderful job! They showed up on time, treated my items respectively and with care, and moved me in a timely manner. Ben was stellar - clearly very experienced. Overall, it was a super solid experience!

I had a small move, but I was nonetheless surprised by how quickly the Shleppers team were able to load my items into the truck.The staff was friendly and professional, and the moving experience was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Shleppers.

Highly recommended for service, price, customer satisfaction. Have used on multiple occasions.

They were fast and careful at the same time. The staff worked continuously and hard in order to get the job done.

The team was kind, courteous, and incredibly FAST! After unpacking, however, I found a lot of broken items despite having marked fragile on many of the boxes. If you want speed, then this is your team. If you want care and special attention, then be wary.

The move went very easy! No complaints at all.

This was my first experience using movers and it was amazing! The process leading up to the move was really easy and my relocation consultation Ishmael assisted me with providing a certificate of insurance to my new building and adjusting my order when I had additional items.

The move itself was painless. The three movers Dequan, Arsenco, and Stephon were really nice and moved me out of my walk up and into my new building fairly quickly (about 4 hours total). The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is that I noticed some of my furniture was damaged as I was unpacking and putting things away, but this could have been due to my own bad packing.

Overall, I would highly recommend Shleppers!

GREAT PRICE, GREAT MOVERS.

This was my second time using Schleppers. The first time was 5 years ago and the experience then was really perfect. Moving is so stressful and it's really imperative to have people around who are positive and make things easier. The crew five years ago was amazing and the crew yesterday, equally so.

They were prompt to the minute. They were meticulous and careful.

The move 5 years ago was from a house to the apartment.

This time it was a move literally around the corner, so no truck was needed. Instead they so careful wrapped each piece and used dollies to bring them over as the other part of the team was wrapping and preparing.

The cost of the move was very reasonable and fair. I tipped about 30% and bought them lunch which they didn't eat while working and took it with them.

Super great experience.

The only thing I'd do differently next time would be to use their packing and unpacking service.

But let's hope that's not for quite a long time!

I previously used Schleppers & everything was 5 star. This time the move did not go perfectly. The company did not inform the movers of the best route, & so they were stopped by the police at a state truck inspection site & held up for 3 1/2 hours (too many people in the truck). They were so anxious to leave my new apt. that they did not assemble my bed correctly, & I had to pay for a workman to fix the problem.

Our team from Schleppers was professional, courteous, kind, and careful. We have moved many times and this was the best experience we have had. Highly recommend.

I loved being able to talk to one representative, who was incredibly nice, give them a list of my items, get a quote, and have everything ready to go. Shleppers stayed in constant contact with emails and even text messages, reminded me of things I wouldn't remember (such as the certificate of insurance for my building management), and I was blown away by how thorough the movers were in wrapping my furniture. I will be moving again in the late fall, and I have no doubt I'll be contacint Shleppers.

I dread moving. It is a drudgery and stressful event. However, Shleppers made my move go the best that it possibly could. They were incredibly quick, efficient, helpful and overall lovely people to deal with. I could not imagine how my move with Shleppers could have gone better.
