They do not give refunds and they just stop contact with you. The color of clothed are different to what you get. All of there clothing come from China and takes weeks to get your order.

wrong color, wrong size, and just totally different item than purchased - stay away from this website. Besides the items coming from china they just send you whatever they want.

A scam! A hoodie sewn in a beginner class. Material horrible polyester! Returns to be sent at my expense to Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China! What a joke! I was offered a gift card tho to purchase something else from their store!

I took a month to received the item they cut the tags ( can’t verify if it’s the right size) no response from customer service I’ll never buy again from shirts in style

Worst company ever… they send me a damaged jacket and I’ve been emailing for weeks and they won’t give a resolution. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. SCAMMERS !!!

I didn’t want to even give a one star but there are no negative stars so…..NEVER EVER order from this company!!! I ordered a hoodie for a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. Not only was it too small it was not good quality either. I have tried to get info on how to send back for refund. Sent my first email on December 17th. Each time I received a reply they were asking for the same info including a picture. I have done everything they have asked. Today I received an email from “Felecia” who said that items must be returned within 30 days of the date I received it!!! What a joke!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Very poor quality products and absolutely the worst customer service!

Shop app still says order placed and havent even received a tracking number please dont buy anything from here i also seen reviews from other people saying that their items arent true to size and low quality possibly some cheap polyester stuff, anyways dont waste ur money

Purchased a shirt for my grandson on Dec 6th ,2024 , it’s is now January 17th 2025 , never received my order, PayPal did nothing to help get me a refund, company states it was delivered, absolutely did not receive my order. Do not purchase from this company!!!!!!

Can we give negative 5 rating? Terrible customer "service". Quality and sizing is completely messed up. Product ships from US. Want to return it? Ha ha ha! You need to return it to China and they don't reimburse you shipping costs. Do yourself a huge favour and find another website. This is the worst company I've dealt with in a long time.

Terrible fabric. Feels like polyester but purchased as cotton. No labels. Sent in cheap plastic bag. Size way smaller than size chart. Thought I was buying from USA. Arrgh. Failed to check reviews. Very slow delivery time. Not going to waste time trying for a refund. Avoid buying these shirts.

There business model appears to be to make it so hard and expensive to return goods you don't bother.

The quality of shirts is disgusting.

I will never ever order from this company again. They sent the wrong size so I asked for a label to send back for a refund. I tried for over a week to get the label because I was leaving for a trip. I keep getting the same form letter. So frustrating. This is why I order from Amazon. Customer service stinks.

I ordered 2 shirts and they show up over 40 days later. I had 1 person I spoke to. I could not get a hold of another person after that. The phone would say leave your name. Emailed and they came back k over and over with the same email with return instructions with no address. Worse $60 I ever spent and so pissed I can’t get a hold of anyone.

Do not buy products from this company...They advertised Ralph Lauren products...but then send a cheap knockoff instead...
When you try to return the product and ask for a return label (and let's be clear their website says they will provide a return label within 30 days)... They didn't provide a return label... They said I had to send the product back on my dime.. come to find out this company is located in China!! The cost to send something back to China is astronomical... And they will fight you not to refund your money.... Not to mention, Bank of America stood behind this scam company... So it 'll be a long time before I use Bank of America again!! This is a scam company - do not do business with them...

I ordered a HEATED battery jacket. There was no mention of it not containing a battery by their own admission.. I demanded a refund. They said I could get a battery. Then they said they would give me 5% off. I have demand again a full refund.
