I regret not knowing about this company before

What a great experience I've had with ShipToBox, I've used them to forward ship around 20 items so far and never had an issue with any of them. Most of my items are expensive electronics and never had them mysteriously lost in the warehouse.

My favorite things about them:
- VERY fast shipment registration, the fastest I've ever experienced.
- Quick shipping process, I only need to keep some credits on my payment card and they will prepare, charge and ship my item automatically without me having to log in for each step
- The prices are very reasonable "Fedex" and I've been happy with their pricing so far.
- Customer service is top notch and I get message and updates regarding my order on whatsapp. The team will reach out to me at any time and value me as a customer. Special thanks to Hussam and Adham.

Pleasant experience

Ship to box is actually the first shipping company of its kind that I have used. I read the reviews of different shipping companies and based off of that I chose this company and I am glad I did. They answered all questions that I had in a very polite and professional manner, and are quick to respond too. Max especially made the whole

Very good support, website needs an update though.

use at your own risk

After extensive research, I chose ShipToBox because their shipping rates were the lowest compared to other forwarding companies. My first shipment was smooth—no delays, decent customer service—so I continued using them. However, major issues emerged as I shipped more:

Hidden Rules & Fees:

Initially, I shipped 7 perfumes with no problem. Later, I was suddenly told there’s a “2 perfumes max per package” rule, forcing me to split shipments (and pay way more). No prior warning—this “new rule” was only revealed after I’d already ordered.

Damaged Monitor & Zero Accountability:

My gaming monitor arrived damaged. Customer service (via WhatsApp) replied slowly and eventually said they’d file a claim with FedEx. After weeks of back-and-forth, they told me the claim was denied and offered no compensation, refund, or return. They washed their hands of it entirely.

Pros:

Cheap rates (initially).

First shipment was hassle-free.

Cons:

Unclear, changing rules (like the perfume limit) with no notice.

No protection for damaged items—they blamed FedEx and left me with a loss.

Slow, unhelpful support when issues arise.

Conclusion: If you’re shipping low-risk items, maybe it’s worth it. But for fragile, expensive, or bulk orders, look elsewhere. The lack of transparency and refusal to take responsibility for damages is unacceptable.

Please allow us to clarify a few points. The limit of 2 perfumes per shipment is a customs and airline restriction due to international regulations on flammable liquids. While your initial shipment may have passed without issue, we are now required to enforce this rule more strictly to comply with carrier policies. We apologize if this wasn't clearly communicated in advance and understand the frustration it may have caused.

Regarding the damaged monitor, we sincerely regret the inconvenience. We did file a claim with FedEx many times, and unfortunately, the claim was denied by the carrier—who is responsible for handling and compensating such incidents. While we strive to support our customers through the claims process, we are limited by the outcome of the courier’s investigation. An we still working on the claim and trying to do our best with fedex.

We’re always working to improve our communication and transparency, and your feedback helps us identify where we can do better. We appreciate your trust in us for your first shipment, and we hope we can regain your confidence going forward.
